The Ca'Rina Loft, located on the first floor of a residential complex 150 meters from the splendid Solanas beach, offers a breathtaking view that makes it a unique location in this area and ideal for those who love to spend their beach holiday.

Consisting of two bedrooms, one double (with a cot) and one single room (which is opened ONLY in the case of a third person, special needs of guests to be communicated to the first message are the exception). The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 people plus an infant. Access to the rooms is allowed according to the number of guests. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (the double) and a single cooler. It has a bathroom complete with, toilet and bidet, sink, shower (it has a maximum height of approximately 1.80 meters), washing machine and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, with hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishes and pots, mocha, and all the necessary accessories. The dining area is a very large space furnished with meticulous detail which connects the furnished living area with numerous sofas and armchairs, equipped with digital terrestrial TV and radio system. The large veranda, carefully furnished and equipped with barbecue, allows you to enjoy a spectacular view. The external part of the house is composed of a private part equipped with shower, barbecue and Sardinian oven, and a common part where there is a free parking space.

N. B. The roof of the attic is pitched, therefore some points of the bedrooms and the bathroom are lower than 1.80 meters. as well as the height of the door / window that leads to the outdoor terrace.
