A medium-sized residence located in a semi-central area of Lignano Pineta, a short distance from the sea, equipped with a swimming pool for adults and children, a lift and communal parking with an automatic barrier.
Just 20 metres away is Lignano Sabbiadoro's most famous green space, Hemingway Park, which is full of play equipment for children to enjoy.
We would like to inform our guests that the pool is open from early June to the first week of September (early or late opening/closing depends on weather conditions).
To be sure of the opening/closing dates, please contact us, as they may vary depending on the weather, management decisions, or renovation work.
