Guests have shared access to both an outdoor swimming pool and a heated indoor pool measuring 10 x 5 metres, with a depth ranging from 125 to 160 centimetres. The indoor pool is available seasonally from 1 July to 31 August and from 15 December to 15 April, with opening hours from 09:00 to 21:00. The residence is equipped with high-speed Internet Wifi, ensuring you remain connected throughout your stay. A lift provides convenient access across the building's floors, while central heating guarantees warmth and comfort during the colder alpine months.

The fully equipped open kitchen flows naturally from the living space, creating a sociable and functional layout ideal for families or small groups. The first bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a restful and comfortable sleeping arrangement. The second room is a dedicated children's room, equipped with 1 set of bunk beds, making it a practical and fun space for younger guests. The bathroom includes both a bath and a WC, serving all guests with ease and convenience.
