On the ground floor, the living and sleeping area features 1 double sofabed alongside a dining table, creating a versatile and welcoming space. An alcove adjoining this open-plan area contains 1 set of bunk beds with a length of 170 cm, providing a practical sleeping solution particularly suited to younger guests. It is worth noting that some sleeping areas, including this alcove, are situated within open-plan spaces rather than enclosed bedrooms. A separate WC is also available on this level. The kitchenette on the ground floor is well-appointed, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and a freezer.
