Stunjing views

Property is modern and spotlessly clean. Views were amazing. The only downside was the many steps up to the apartment. Also would recommend another mirror in the bedroom as the only one was in the bathroom. On the whole great apartment and would recommend.

The apartment was great, the view was fabulous and a big thank you to Rosa who is a star.

Most enjoyable. The apartment had everything we needed. The steps were a challenge sometimes but worth the effort for the view. First class.

Asunto sijaitsee Moganin "vanhankaupungin" aurinkoisella rinteellƤ paikallisasutuksen keskellƤ. Huoneisto on uusi ja siisti. NƤkƶala mitƤ parhain, satamaan ja merelle. Huomttavaa on myƶs, ettƤ makuuhuone sijatsee rauhallisella puolella ja yƶt saa nukkua rauhassa. Parhainta majoitusta Moganissa!! Ainut, mikƤ voi rajoittaa, on monet rappuset, huomioitavaksi lƤhinnƤ liikuntarajoitteisille. MeitƤ ne eivƤt haitanneet.

Fantastic Property - Perfect

We would highly recommend staying at this property as we had a fantastic week . Property is modern , bright , clean and the views of the harbour are lovely and wait till you get to the roof terrace and it gets better . We were greeted by Rosa upon arrival and Rosaā€™s partner took the cases up for us while Rosa showed us around the property . We will definitely consider staying here again in the future .

Wonderful holiday in apartment b in Gran Caneria

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in Rosaā€™s apartment. We were in flat B which is on the 2nd floor. It is a beautiful appartment, it is very modern and very clean. There were 109 steps to get up to the apartment but we found it ok. Maybe someone with limited mobility wouldnā€™t but otherwise donā€™t let the steps put you off! Rosa and her husband met us at the flat and her husband took our cases up (and down at the end of the holiday). They are very nice, spoke English and were very helpful. The bedroom looks newly decorated and the bed very comfy. Two large wardrobes fit all our clothes and even the cases! Bathroom lovely with large shower and plenty of towels. Lovely balcony with beautiful views of the village and the boats. There is a nice hot tub on the top floor and lots of sun beds also. There is a large table there also where we often sat in the evening with a glass of wine before going out to dinner. There are 2 washing machines on the top floor which I used so brought home mainly clean clothes! You will not be disappointed if you rent this apartment, itā€™s fantastic and we will book again

Modern apartment in a small block with good facilities overlooking the harbour area. Friendly, helpful and attentive owners. Beach, shops and restaurants all at hand. Good transport links to the airport. Apartment accessed from road by a flight of steps.

Our first visit to The Canary Islands

Our first visit to the Canary Islands for some Winter sun. The apartment is modern, well equipped and immaculate with a stunning view over the harbour and out to sea. We appreciated the help with luggage up the many steps. The steps themselves were not a problem, with interesting corners to enjoy on our way up and down. The roof top hot tub was an nice addition to the facilities. Rosa and Juan were most helpful and attentive on our late evening arrival, particularly with local information to get our visit started comfortably. We found Puerto de Mogan a charming place to visit. Thank you!

Simply outstanding

We have recently completed a wonderful stay in Morgan, and since it spanned the holiday season we invited our kids and grandkids to join us for a few weeks. We rented 2 apartments for 23 and 11 days respectively and it turned out to be just perfect for a family get-together such as this. Both apartments were new, well arranged, and with all the equipment and amenities needed. And both apartments offered a fantastic view making it very attractive to stay on the balconies or the large shared roof-top area. The level of cleaning services and support throughout the trip was simply outstanding. Rosa and her family were always on stand-by and ready to assist with any problem that occurred during our stay, and they were a great help at arrival and departure. The single down-side of the apartments is that they do not lend themselves well to less agile visitors. There are quite a few steps to get up from street-level to the apartments, but this is the price worth paying for a fantastic view, and even though we are close to 70 years old we managed without any problems.

Best spot in town

Lovely apartment with good views of Puerto de Mogan and the harbour. Far enough away from the busy parts of Mogan to get a bit of peace but handy for restaurants and shops although the walk up the 130 odd steps takes some getting used to. The apartment is very modern with comfy sofas and beds and plenty of power sockets and lights and a modern kitchen with 2 halogen hobs. An open balcony into the living area gives a lovely feeling of space and sometimes a pleasant cooling breeze. We had with dinner with friends staying in the other apartment on the rooftop so you can dine under the stars ! Our only problems were that there was no satellite TV signal but we didn't come here to watch TV so no loss. And a few hooks in the bathroom would have been handy. Apart from that we loved it.

Perfekte Gastgeber, super Unterkunft

Toll war, dass unsere Gastgeber uns dabei halfen, das GepƤck Ć¼ber die 80 Treppenstufen bis in das Appartment zu bringen und uns bei dem Anmieten eines Parkplatzes unterstĆ¼tzten. Alles im Appartment war blitzsauber und komfortabel funktionell. Auch alles Weitere fanden wir wie beschrieben vor, insbesondere den tollen Ausblick, der von der Badebucht Ć¼ber den Ort und den Hafen reicht. Ohne Bedenken rundherum empfehlenswert!

Es sollte den GƤsten bei der Ankunft unbedingt mitgeteilt werden, dass Freitags von 0 - 16 Uhr am Hafen nicht geparkt werden darf, da sonst abgeschleppt wird.

Stunning apartment

Thanks Rosa for letting me your amazing apartment, with its beautiful views and scenery. The apartment it's self has everything you would want and has 5 star luxury inside and the top floor is class with the hot tub and loungers . Are the stairs a issue!! Sehr schƶnes Apartment

Sehr schƶnes Apartment fĆ¼r 2 Personen mit herrlichem Blick vom Balkon auf den Hafen und das Meer. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sehr gut. Sehr ruhige Lage (im alten Ortskern von Puerto de Mogan), allerdings sind ca. 80 Stufen zu bewƤltigen, um zum Apartment zu gelangen. Dies hat uns allerdings nicht gestƶrt.

Superb apartment with stunning views

Communication with the owner (Rosa) was excellent from the start with same day responses to questions etc. When we arrived in Playa de Mogan we were met by Rosa and her daughter by the Post Office and were helped with our cases up the steps to the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we were shown around and then given a lift to the supermarket as it was about to close on a Sunday night. The apartment is spacious and well laid out with everything you need for your time there. TV is mainly foreign channels but with British news channels. The balcony has a table and 2 chairs and has stunning views over the marina, beach and coastline nearly to Puerto Rico. The roof terrace is amazing with sun loungers, the hot tub and again the stunning views. There is an enormous built in cupboard in the bedroom so no problem with storage for clothes, bags etc. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment as we're sure you will enjoy your stay as much as we did. Excellent apartment spotlessly clean & close to all amenities

We stayed for 7 nights at the sunset apartments last week in october. Fantastic apartment which is spotlessly clean & everything is brand new. Rosa & her family were excellent hosts & very friendly & helpful. The roof terrace & hot tub were great with fabulous views of the town. We found some lovely restaurants & a couple of good bars. Beautiful apartment with amazing views

The apartment felt brand new with beautiful furnishings and very well equipped kitchen area. Rosa met us on arrival and her husband helped to carry our suitcases as there are a number of steps up to the apartment. The steps wind up to the apartment and you soon get used to them. The apartment was spotless and only five minutes from the harbour, beach and restaurants. The sun roof on the top of the building has a lovely jacuzzi and sun beds if you want to spend the day up there. This was our third trip to Peurto Mogan and this was without doubt the nicest accommodation we have stayed in and we will definitely be returning.

Fantastic Views!

This apartment has the most fantastic views of the marina and harbour. It's quite high up, reached by a number of steps up a maze of passages, but it's definitely worth the climb and you get used to it. It's only 5 minutes walk to the beach or marina so very convenient. The apartment itself is spotless, modern, well equipped, and looks brand new. The rooftop terrace has a hot tub which is the icing on the cake - lovely to have a dip on a sunny day or evening, with a nice glass of sangria! Rosa met us on arrival and was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Having seen some of the places we had considered before finally choosing this flat, we definitely made the right choice. The resort of Mogan is beautiful, not too touristy like some of the nearby resorts, and has a good choice of restaurants both on the seafront and around the marina. We would definitely come here again.

Einfach toll!

Der absolute Hammer ist die Lage der Wohnung. Ein toller Blick Ć¼ber den Hafen, little Venedig bis hinĆ¼ber zum Strand. Alles wesentliche ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Sogar fĆ¼r das Mietauto gibt es eine super Lƶsung: Eine Mehrtageskarte in der Tiefgarage eines nahegelegenen Einkaufszentrums. Der Ort strahlt verglichen mit anderen Urlaubsorten eine rechte Ruhe aus. Nicht vergessen mƶchten wir die liebevollen und unkomplizierten Gastgeber. Bereits in der Ferienvorbereitung erhielten wir stets eine schnelle Antwort auf unsere Fragen. Der Empfang am ersten Urlaubstag war sehr herzlich und fĆ¼r das Hochtragen des GepƤcks hat uns sogar jemand geholfen. Vielen Dank. Es war ein toller Urlaub!
