Bonjour, la résidence est calme et tout est correct dans l'ensemble, cependant un gros malaise pour le départ, étant donné que même si pas de pb, il n'y a pas de restitution du chèque de caution, ce qui pose question ...
la gérante indique que le chèque"sera" bien détruit mais aucune preuve. cette façon de faire est très curieuse pour le moins ... quelle en est la raison ? j'ai dû demander un mèl de confirmation que mon chèque avait été bien détruit car un chèque étant valable plus d'un an(!)...je compte contacter la DGCCRF afin de savoir si cette pratique est courante. Ce qui est le cas aux dires de la gérante...

c'est très étrange de ne pas restituer le chèque de caution ? est il conservé ? aucune preuve de destruction...
on m'indique d'opter pour la caution via carte bancaire à l'avenir, lorsque j'ai donné mon chèque, on ne m'a pas informée de cette possibilité donc...
bref, très déçue par les gérantes, une des autres gérantes laisse son chien sans laisse dans la résidence, mon chien était attaché, le chien détaché s'en est pris au mien, j'ai dû intervenir seule pour séparer les deux chiens lors de la bagarre, laquelle aurait pu être dramatique compte tenu de la différence de taille des deux chiens.., la propriétaire semblant dépassée et/ou indifférente...
bref, j'espère que mon chèque ne sera jamais encaissé, comptez sur moi pour y veiller.

Ambiance cottage Anglais avec zone verte centrale / personnel très avenant ( accueil et personnel technique) / confort suffisant / nombreuases activités et possibilités de visites et promenades / Calme absolu après 22:00 extinction éclairage public laissant voir un ciel étoilé (rare!) par contre un éclairage minimum dans l'enceinte du site (parkings,chemins d'accès) serait le bienvenu.Les places de parking réservées sont un point positif à ajouter.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir :)

Appartement dans résidence A3.Style cottages avec verger central, belle localisation,abords très bien entretenus,résidences très bien entretenues,place de parking réservée ,calme apprécié,accueil agréable et à l'écoute.Nous connaissons très bien la région et cette expérience a été encore plus positive.Nous reviendrons certainement dans le futur.
