You’ll love this location! River Mountain Lodge Lower Flume Condo offers the convenience and comforts of a condominium (with hotel amenities) in the heart of historic downtown Breckenridge. Just ski down, walk across the street and you’re home! Plus, you’re just one block from Main Street Breck and a short shuttle ride to the gondola or the Peak 9 base. Your group will love it!

River Mountain Lodge Lower Flume Condo is a cozy two-level, 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that’s close to everything you are looking for in a Breckenridge ski vacation. All the comforts of home are here, including a full kitchen, two full bathrooms and a flat-screen TV. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter for a quick breakfast or après-ski snack.

You’ll also enjoy the in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, underground parking (one car) with elevator access, a fitness center, and an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels, and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Unit was well worn. Bathroom shower did not work; sofa was slashed in 2 places… A wet rag in the kitchen floor turned out to be an indicator of plumbing leaks that created mold under the sink and along the kitchen toe-molding. Before we even got moved in, we discovered an inch of water on the kitchen floor. The management initially told us we would have to wait 3-4 days for the leak to be solved and they refused to move us. Once they were made aware of the mold and that the unit was uninhabitable, they offered us another condo about 2 miles out of town. Because it was also a 3rd floor walk up, we declined. We drove back home, an hour away rather than stay.

Dimly lit, stairs squeak, 2 rips in couch (one pic enclosed), washer unreliable, carpets needs cleaned, fan missing a blade. Some led bulbs in table lamps would do wonders for that place…..host was good communicator and check in was fairly easy.

The facility is undergoing some renovation and the room itself is somewhat dated, but that ends any negativity! The place was clean, the owners highly responsive, and everything worked as expected. The kitchen appliances are all updated which made making dinner a snap. The highlight is probably the location. You couldn't really get closer to downtown and everything is in easy walking distance. Check-in required a little communication but it was quickly worked out. The porch was great, accommodations on point, and everything exactly as depicted. We would happily stay again!

This has a fantastic location & could be lovely! The unit is in desperate need of repair. The cushions on the sofa & love seat are ripped, the 1980's are over. The pillows need to be thrown away, they are gross & the sofa need to be replaced. The window treatments have holes in them. The carpet is ripped. The wood furniture need to be touched up where it is scratched & damaged. It is truly time for an upgrade and refurbishment. The exterior door is wicking at the base. Definitely could be an awesome space, but it is bedraggled. It was cleanish. Such a lovely location. We did take pictures of the damage when we arrived.

Do have stairs to the bedroom/bathroom area, but a bathroom on the main living level is available. Would recommend and would re-book again.

We’ll kept, very clean, pleasant hot tub and pool, PLUS easy parking in downtown Breckenridge! W321 was next to an area that seemed to be drying with fans but only audible in the entryway of the unit. One safety problem needs to be fixed: the only switch for the stairway light is at the top of the stairs.

Great Location

Location is the best aspect of this rental. Walking distance to Main St, trails, etc. Room was clean and the complex was quiet. Furnishings we're somewhat worn and dated, but functional.

Fun Downtown Breck Getaway

We had a wonderful stay for the weekend. The location is ideal for skiing and also for downtown activities after a day on the slopes!

No Need For a Car, Close to Everything

We also had a place to park, which is great, we did not have to drive very much, except when we drove to Frisco and Silverthorne. The Condo was two story with two bathrooms, this was perfect for us and our friend. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed, extra blankets, towels and pillows.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was pretty good, but dated. The location was excellent and close to the slopes and main street in Breckenridge. Front desk held our skis for free. Rooms were relatively clean with all needed dishes, towels, etc. The furnishings are old and need replacing. Shower curtain upstairs was dirty with mildew, and the closets were filled with stuff. The pillows were uncomfortable. The washer/dryer didn't work very well. Overall, I would rate the condo a C for comfort and A for location. The hot tub was ok, but gets well used and may need to wait until people leave.

Loved the kitchen counter with stools, fireplace, and helpful front desk staff at the resort & vacation rental office. We had 2 cars and the vacation rental office was kind enough to offer us parking in their lot, with the hotel then offering us a 2nd spot in the parking garage. The proximity to everything in town was just blocks away and so convenient! We hiked nearby and then hiked/walked to the Troll statue. All in all a fab weekend with a great place to stay. 10/10 will stay there again.

Location !!!!

Very simple 1 BR located near everything . It was all that my wife and I needed for a quick 2 day visit . Staff was great and checked in on us daily to make sure all was going well.

This condo was perfect! It had everything we needed for a great summer stay. And the location was second to none. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Breck.

Unaware of Amenities and had no control

Since this property was managed by someone other than Breck/Vail, no one at the properties desk could help us and this property management company couldn’t do anything about it…like as simple as get us towels.
