The Green Penthouse BORN:
Beautiful loft located in the Born district. The apartment is very colourful and bright and it has a WONDERFULL TERRACE OVER ROOF, with a superb 360º sight of all the city, from the cathedral to Sagrada Familia, all the way up to the different churches and palaces in the Born, as well as the Tibidabo and Montjuic.

My place is on the 5th floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR.
The apartment has a microwave, oven, electric coffee tier and italian coffe maker machine, squeezer, hair dryer, washing machine, air conditionning and heating. There is no dryer, but there is a clothesline to hang clothes on the sunny terrace.


The apartment also comes equipped with fast speed WiFi (not shared with any one else) and a DVD player.

The terrace is private (40m2). Located OVER the apartment. I love plants and flowers. I love to keep my terrace as my little green and blue paradise, where to enjoy nice breakfasts or lovely dinners under stars.

Area: BORN-Santa Caterina.
On the opposite side of Barcelona’s Gothic quarter, separated by Via Laietana, is the barrio of Born. Although it’s similar in many ways to its Gothic neighbour, it doesn’t draw the same number of tourists. Since the 1980s it has provided a focal point for the city´s artistic scene and now boasts some of the highest property prices in the city – like many other parts of Barcelona it has moved on substantially from its down-at-heel roots to attain such desirability. Attractions in this area streets are everywhere – the opulent Modernisme of the Palau de la Música, the post-modern Mercat de Santa Caterina, and the Gothic splendour of the basilica Santa Maria del Mar – are all within 10 minutes’ walk of each other. The area is also home to the acclaimed Picasso museum. Another advantage is being located right next to Parc de la Ciutadella, where you can get a break from the narrow streets of the old town. Born is right in the centre of Barcelona and as a result it provides a well-placed and characterful base from which to explore the rest of the city.

EXTRAS:

Special tourist TAX of 6 €/day/person not included (up to 7 night/Younger than 17 don´t pay it) . It will be paid at the check in by cash. AFTER MAY 1ST 2025 IT WILL BE RISED TO 8€/NIGHT/PERSON. This is a Catalan' government tax we are forced to collect as in most of the main tourist destinations in Europe. Sorry.

Please note: For arrivals from 20.00hrs to 23.00hrs there is a supplement of 25.00€. This is increased to 40€ if your arrival is after 23.00hrs. This charge is not included in the price quoted below.

IT WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PASSPORT INFORMATION OF ALL GUESTS ONCE THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED.

FOR MORE THAN 28 NIGHTS STAY:
-Supplies are not included (130-200€ depending on the use you make).
-An extra 50€ for the final cleaning service will be charged at check in (not included in the quote) unless a full cleaning service is hired at least each 10 days .
