Bassett Road house is a 3 bedroom semi-detached property, located in a quiet residential street less than 3/4 of a mile from Sittingbourne town centre and railway station. The house can accommodate up to 4 people and has the added benefit of off road parking too.

On the first floor of the house, there is one double bedroom and single bedroom, both with TV, and the main bathroom with bath/shower, wc and basin.

On the ground floor of the house, there is a spacious lounge/dining room at the front of the house with a corner sofa, dining table with 4 chairs and large flat screen TV. The Wi-Fi in the house is a fast and reliable service provided by TalkTalk.

From the lounge, one door leads off to a single bedroom with a TV, another to a downstairs WC and another door leads through to the fully-fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, tumble dryer and microwave. The washing machine is located just outside of the kitchen in a plastic cabinet.

The rear door from the kitchen leads out to a pleasant patio area and garden with a table and 6 chairs.

There is a small local supermarket within 5 minutes' walk of the house and the town centre, with a good choice of shops and restaurants including the new entertainment centre, is 10 minutes' walk away.

This house makes an excellent base for both families and business people. It's central location makes it very convenient for all local amenities.
