"L palancin" is an eco-friendly house built entirely of wood, located at the foot of the Rasciesa Forest in the sunny part of Ortisei, with a panoramic view of the Sassolungo and the village.
Carefully furnished in the local style, the apartment features 2 double bedrooms, a living room with a double sleeper sofa, 2 TVs, a Tyrolean bench, and a spacious kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and oven; an additional small living room with a sofa bed; two bathrooms with showers and bidets; a washing machine; a large balcony furnished with lounge chairs; and covered parking.
For couples or small families, it is possible to configure the apartment as a one-bedroom unit with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom (see the red line on the floor plan), and to provide a crib.

LOCATION: “l palancin” is ideally located to fully enjoy the silence and tranquility of the mountains, while being just a few minutes’ walk from the village and the ski lifts connected to the Dolomiti Superski network (a 5-minute walk from the Seceda and Rasciesa ski lifts and a 10-minute walk from the town center).

BENEFITS: During the ski season, guests can use the ski bus that takes them to the ski lifts connected to the Dolomiti Superski network. The stop is located right in front of our parking lot.

The host, Lukas, is a ski instructor and hiking guide, and in the evenings he’ll be available to offer any suggestions and advice you need to enjoy a pleasant vacation while appreciating the beauty and mysteries of our mountains.
