Complex on the beach . Apartment not facing the actual beach but easy walk to and from the beach. Pool was nice, area was clean and well maintained. It was a nice stay reasonably priced. We definitely will return!

The complex is quiet and clean. The apartment was perfect for 2 people, and had all the comforts of home. There are lots of restaurants within 5 miles.The beach was quiet and the jetty is close for fishing.

We had a great time at the property. Very close to the beach and as advertised. AC blows cold and amenities are as nice as could be for a one bedroom location. Thank yall for the stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the El Constantine, the location was beach front and was great. The unit was nice and fit our needs but the bed was old and very uncomfortable, and there was always a sound of water running. The a/c vents in the bedroom didn't allow or blow cold air but the living room vets worked and it was freezing. Got a text prior to arrival about the hot tub was not working but would be repaired soon but after 7 days still was not operational. Asked for a late checkout, and was denied, asked for a single hour and was denied. I would likely stay again based on location if nothing else was available for a similar price.

Christmas trip

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very close walk to the beach. It was very comfortable. The only complaint was the bathtub was not clean. There was a grungy ring around it that look like if youā€™ve been there a while and nobody had scrubbed it out so I couldnā€™t really take a bath. I had to shower there because I didnā€™t want to sit in a tub with somebody elseā€™s body grunge on it. The condo was comfortable. The location was good, but we did have trouble initially finding the condo once we found everything was OK very close to everything. We needed grocery stores and restaurants.

The proximity to the beach was amazing, the rental was nice, the pool and hot tub was great, we had access to laundry,the mattress needs replaced, but other than that we had a great week

Toilet didnā€™t work

Main issue we had was a broken toilet that took over a day to fix. A plumber needed to be brought in at some point to repair. Had to use outside public bathrooms for a day or so.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here! The location is unbeatable, just a quick walk down to the beach. Everything was very clean inside. Not much space in the bedroom so we also had to use the pull out couch in the living room which wasnā€™t very comfortable :(. All in all satisfied tho!
