Had a wonderful time at El Constante

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great. The only thing I would suggest is they delime all the shower heads around the property. Even the shower head in the unit needed it. I didn't use the laundry room so I cant say how that was. A lot of maintenance was being done around the place but thankfully it didn't affect me. That's a good sign that it's important to them to keep the place in shape. Everyone was so nice. Even the people visiting like me.

Beach conveniently right out the courtyard. Close to plenty of places to get a bite to eat or u can make a meal in ur fully equipped kitchen!! We enjoy our stay every year. My mom joined us this trip & she'll be returning on her own soon! Highly recommend.

However if I’m paying for a living accommodations , All amenities should be bottomless when necessary.We requested toilet paper.We had to go buy our own toilet paper! We were given half a roll and a full roll. I don’t know how this would last with 4 grown adults. Eating and having drinks all day. For 3 days! Other than not being supplied with the daily toiletries. The place is great.

Wonderful property for a vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this little place. It is a more secluded area than we have stayed before, and we enjoyed that aspect. Having the pool literally at our doorstep was amazing, and the beach was just a short walk past the property. The condo was nice and clean. The only two critiques I want to mention is that while the bed was comfortable, it creaks and groans very loudly every time someone moves. Also, the metal chairs scraped loudly against the tile floor every time they were moved. That could be corrected quite easily with some felt pads. Overall, we loved the place and the property and would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately the noise level was much higher than I expected from the upstairs neighbors (who constantly sounded like a herd of elephants) and the 4 AC units right outside the bedroom window. I would recommend earplugs. Otherwise it was a clean unit, could use some updating and a new fridge (as this one leaked water on our food).

Major concerns

Reviewer Comments: There were guests in the pool area blaring music til 11pm several nights inspite of multiple attempts from front office staff and security guard to contain it. It was right in front of my pool side unit and very disturbing. The people staying in the unit above us made alot of noise as well. Cieling is not sound proof. Also, the hot tub jets still don't work after years of promises it will get fixed. Bathroom heater in unit 130 is not working plus gate leading to the beach was broken most of our stay there. For the amount of money we pay I would expect these maintenance issues to be addressed and guests being respectful to other residents.

The bed is noisy and the sofa is uncomfortable. I think I would look for a different unit on my next stay. The pool heater was out of order, so the pool was not enjoyable. The mgmnt did give us ~$56 refund on a >$700 bill, so that was a nice gesture.
