This is a fully furnished house, located in the center of town and recently completely renovated. It’s in a quiet, peaceful area. It can accommodate up to five guests and features 3 bedrooms: 2 are double bedrooms, each with two beds, and 1 has one bed. It has 2 full bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has everything guests need, including bedding, towels, and a welcome kit with toiletries and cleaning supplies for the first few days.

The house is located in Figueras, a peaceful and comfortable town, ideal for strolling through its streets, enjoying its nearby beaches, the coast, its architecture, and wonderful cuisine.

Figueras has two small beaches within walking distance, though it’s worth taking a short walk past the Santos Bridge to Arnao Beach, the westernmost beach in Asturias.
With fine white sand and calm, crystal-clear waters, Arnao offers a breathtaking panoramic view
of the Galician and Asturian coasts.
Pena Ronda Beach is also nearby. Both feature full amenities, easy access, and lifeguard service during the summer months. We must also mention the nearby Las Catedrales Beach, as well as many others worth discovering.

There are also several golf courses, water activities, hiking trails, and adventure options in the immediate vicinity.

It is of the utmost importance to us that your stay be as pleasant as possible, which is why we are available during business hours from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and we also have a 24-hour phone line in case any issues arise during your stay.

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the house, nor are parties allowed on the premises. We also ask that you be considerate of the neighbors’ rest after 10:00 PM.

Cleaning guidelines:

Products recommended by the Ministry of Health are used for cleaning and disinfecting the accommodation.
All linens, towels, bedspreads, blankets, etc., are washed at temperatures above 60°C.
