Nestled in Babin Kuk, Lapad, this charming apartment with a private terrace and sea view offers easy access to the nearby beach and the lively pedestrian zone, filled with a variety of bars and restaurants. After a day of sightseeing, you can relax on the terrace while admiring the stunning views of Lapad Bay and the Adriatic Sea. This area offers beaches, cafes, restaurants, and local markets, and it’s the perfect base for exploring the city.
This spacious two-bedroom apartment, located on the 3rd floor, offers 102 sqm of comfortable living space. It features two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen includes everything you need to prepare homemade meals, such as a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. After a day of exploring the city and its surroundings, unwind on the private terrace and enjoy the stunning views of Lapad Bay and the sea!
All guests have access to shared terrace and to private transfer. Private parking is included.


Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Comfortable Escape in Dubrovnik

Location is very useful, as you are only a couple of flights of steps down to the beach and promenade. The apartment balcony is perfect for sitting out with a glass and taking in the view, it’s also sheltered so even if it’s raining you have an outside space. We walked to Old Town and back on a few occasions, taking only 35 mins, or you can catch a bus nearby, but you can escape the busy streets at the end of the day at the apartment. Brilliant sunset views from the beach, and plenty of things to do nearby. Host was also very polite and friendly.

Apartments Silva (superior room with sea view) is a very clean, spacious, and uniquely decorated apartment with necessary amenities for a comfortable holiday. The view over the bay is beautiful! The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Glorious residence!

Lovely flat, clean and tidy and great for a few days in Dubrovnik. Shops and buses nearby. The photos slightly exaggerated its location and views (as majority of view looking into a roof of a big hotel). Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

We loved our stay…it was seaside bliss. The sun was shining, blue waters and an amazing balcony to enjoy the sunset. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfection. Silva was welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend!!

Brilliant service!

This was a great appartement to explore Dubrovnik. The apartment was clean, with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony. There is a supermarket down the road, the beach is a few minutes away and there is an easy 10 bus journey into the old town. There are loads of steps to get into the apartment and back up from the beach but they were fine for us and our 2 teens. We also spend an afternoon in cavtat, which was lovely and about 30 mins drive away. Would recommend this apartment for a stay in Dubrovnik.

Silva's place is the perfect location, right up the hill from a beautiful bay with pebble beach and a waterfront walkway lined with restaurants, bars, and access points to swimming holes, cliff jumping, etc. The view from the veranda is gorgeous. The street is narrow and parking tight to the building on the sidewalk is a bit nerve wracking for Dubrovnik first timers, and pack lightly if on the third floor. But every day seems to be leg day in Dubrovnik . Would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic apartment, furnishings to a high standard and it was lovely to sit on the balcony first thing in the morning and later into the evening. Great location, Lapad main town with the restaurants is around a 10 minute walk, and close to the beach also.

Major-league holiday!

Beautiful place to stay! The apartment is close by the beach and lots of nice restaurants whilst only being a 10 minute drive from Dubrovnik old town. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing views

This property was beautiful! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Host was very lovely and helped point us to the best restaurants and recommendations. The view of the balcony was stunning. Will stay here again.
