All new gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertop. Both bedrooms have queen size beds with luxury bedding. All new bathroom with cast iron pedestal soaking tub. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Furnished with new and comfortable furniture and livable vintage pieces.Some pieces are handpainted by me the owner. All amenities are in the cottage. Including new washer and dryer. Beautiful shaded deck with grill for your enjoyment.Cottage is surrounded by beautiful oaks pecans and magnolia trees. Small fenced backyard. Plenty of parking for your cars ,boat, jet skis, even your classic cars and trailer. situated down a long beautiful driveway that is only shared by owner. Very quiet neighborhood. Minutes from downtown, beaches and casinos. Come stay at Nick's Place! Relax and enjoy beautiful historic Ocean Springs and surrounding Gulf Coast.

House and location Excellent

We wanted for nothing. Fenced yard perfect for our two pups. Quiet country feel...but in the middle of everything we wanted or needed. Super close to downtown shops and restaurants. Extremely nice and responsive hosts. Would 100% recommend...and would not hesitate to stay again.

Was a lovely place to stay for the holiday weekend! Close enough to the small downtown area & dog friendly beach, and was very quiet. The only learning curve was the bath tub/shower situation. Would stay again!

Very Nice

Perfect for our two night stay. Peaceful location and very accommodating. No issues with appliances or facilities. Hosts very approachable as well although we had no complaints. They let us check in a bit early which we appreciated

Immaculate, comfortable cottage.

The cottage was very private, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet though there was some noise from the shopping center. I had a great time in Ocean Springs. I hope to return.

Staying while awaiting a new home

My two children and I had the most wonderful stay at this cottage in Ocean Springs. You are literally in the middle of everything great! Secluded and quiet yet close to all amenities—what more could one ask for? We enjoyed our stay and thank you so very much!

Anniversary Getaway!

Cottage was preciously decorated and had much charm but the location (behind the Winn Dixie) was a little loud. I recommend taking up the bricks underneath the fireplace (a fall hazard) since the color of the brick and the color of the floor are so closely matched. I did read (apparently incorrectly) that there was a hot tub but never did see one. It was worth the money for one stay but will not stay there again

Wonderful experience

This is a beautiful property, in a park like setting. The beds are so comfortable and the linens were luxurious! Just lovely. It actually reminded my kids and me of home. Very comfortable, and well equipped, would absolutely stay here again!

Home Away from Home

We love old town Ocean Springs! This cottage, secluded in the tall pines and mature flowering plants along with the green space behind the cottage, was just right for us and our dog! When we walked thro the door, the Ocean Springs vibe was evident in the wonderful artwork displayed throughout the cottage. The cottage was very well equipped with everything needed for our week long stay! We have been visiting our family in Ocean Springs for almost 50 years and with the recent passing of our loved one, this cottage felt like home. We enjoyed meeting Betsy and felt a great connection that we will definitely return to!

Nice cottage

Nice place and really close to the downtown area and where our son is stationed. Back yard was great for our dogs. Owner very responsive.

Comfy clean home away from home

Clean beautiful, lush little home. Little dogs enjoyed the stay as much as we did. We were even able to extend our original stay. My 80-year-old father had a rough time without a shower as the tub is elevated. Only suggestion would match the reviews before mine regarding the tub. But otherwise, it is a Gem, and I would definitely rebook if ever in that area again. Also, they have free concerts near the Ocean springs Beach once a month that we went to and enjoyed along with the downtown shopping area.

Great Place to stay

Beautiful

Everything was great decorated very nice everything neat and clean! Only think I might suggest would be shower instead of just tub (although we made it work for us) and a mirror where you could look at your outfit! Only one mirror and that was in bathroom. But still all and all nice place!

4 day weekend escape

Needing a little escape from a landlocked big city, this adorable cottage provided just that. The location was far enough from the sounds of OS yet close enough to get to restaurants, art galleries, shops, and the beach within minutes. The full kitchen and Winn Dixie down the street allowed for some meals at home. The only thing I would suggest as a mention in the description is the lack of an actual shower. There is a soaking tub with a shower handle but there is not shower curtain so trying to “shower” made for some good comedy. The owner, Betsy, was very responsive and even made an exception for our senior kitty to join us. We are already considering making this an annual trip.

I am a lifelong resident of Ocean Springs. Its a wonderful town that still has that small town vibe. I currently live in the home we built in 1980 which shares a driveway with the cottage. I love boating nightlife scenic drives andantiqueing. I've been a furniture painter for 8 years. the cottage is furnished with some of my pieces.

There is no other like the cottage . Private yet right in the heart of Ocean Springs. Furnished beautifully and so very comfortable. Beautiful 600 ft driveway off the street. Very peaceful yet lively. I live on the property so if guests should need anything ill take care of it right away. plenty of safe parking for your cars, boats, jetskis etc.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Very close to the nightlife but far enough away to be able to relax and enjoy your privacy. No loud music or noisy neighbors at the cottage!!
