From the 4th floor position you enter the apartment into the main living area, with windows on 2 aspects of this room it makes it a very light and spacious area with dining table and 6 chairs, 2 sofas and a TV with UK IPTV service, offering BBC and ITV channels.
Off from the Living area there is an excellently equipped kitchen with, dishwasher, oven, gas hob and integrated fridge freezer.

Also from the living area there are sliding separation doors that go through to a hall leading to both the bedrooms and the family bathroom, the master bedroom suite has 2 single beds that can either be left single or made up as a super-king bed, the en-suite bathroom offers a large walk in shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom and has use of the family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, toilet and basin. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have patio doors that lead out to the terrace.

The outside terrace has a table and 4 chairs for outside dining, there are also a couple of sun loungers. The balcony gets sun for most of the day as it wraps around 2 sides of the building.

Up one flight of stairs or you can take the lift to the roof top terrace and pool area, this is communal with an elevated pool on a decked area, the pool is approximately 12 x 4 meters, there are 4 sun loungers solely for the use of the occupants of this apartment, they can be used on the decked area or on the terrace around the roof, the views from this elevated position are wonderful and look over towards Lagos and the Marina area. Also on the roof terrace there is a room with a gym with several different machines, these are available for you to use.

The apartment is situated only a few hundred meters from the Marina and the golden sands of the Meia Praia beach, the Marina which is a few minutes walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.

In the summer evenings there is also an abundance of street entertainment throughout the pedestrianised streets of Lagos. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is about a 10 minute walk, with a variety of water sport activities available, that can be arranged from the Marina da Lagos.

Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 25 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.

Due to the roof top terrace and top floor position of this apartment we feel this is better suited to families with older children and not toddlers.
