Not suitable for families

I was really looking forward to our stay here. We i initally booked the property the images were of one villa and looked amazing and perfect for my family of 5. However when we got there i was presented with an upstairs apartment. They are changed the villa from a 1 property into 3 separate ones. The stairs were the spiral dreadfully small ones. It was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, small living space and a roof terrace again with the horrible spiral staircase. There wasn't enough room for the 5 of us to move. 2 adults and 3 children and it was too dangerous for my 3 year old. Thankfully we were only there for a short time and only really using it to put our head down however it wasn't safe enough for my 3 year old and she spent the holiday with our relatives who we went to see. I expressed my disappointment and they were sorry however just very frustrating as both the other two apartments that were downstairs were empty. The months leading up to it i kept checking the advert and i was showing people as i was so excited and then at one point all the images had gone and now i know why. Definitely not worth the money i paid and although it can sleep 6 the space can NOT fit no more than 4 people at a push. Facilities were amazing, Location stunning just make sure when booking you book Nora or Lena not Sol and thats the upstairs one

Die Lage des Appartements ist toll mit Aussicht aufs Meer von der Dachterrasse. Leider war das Geschirr bei Eintreffen schmutzig und die Geschirrspülmaschine kaputt. Ansonsten haben wir die ruhige Anlage genossen, allerdings gibt es keinen Nahversorger , Supermarkt oder Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar.

Weitreichender direkter Blick über Strand und Meer......

Das Apartment SOL erreicht man am besten vom Parkplatz (direkt nach der Einfahrt ins Gebiet) aus, und dann geradeaus auf den Strand zu gehen. Am Strand rechts und dann auf dem Rasen bis zum Apartment vorgehen. Die Terrasse ist absolute Aussichtsplattform, da sie sehr weit nach vorne gebaut ist. In dem Apartment gibt es zwei vollfunktionsfähig Bäder mit WC in sauberem Zustand. Alle üblichen Haushaltsgeräte sind verfügbar: Vom Fön über das Bügeleisen bis hin zur Waschmaschine und Spühlmaschine ist alles funktionsfähig verfügbar. Sollte es kalt werden, lässt sich alles heizen, bei Hitze gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Alle Vorgänge - Schlüsseldeponierung, WLAN-Aktivierung usw. sind in einem GUIDE in der Wohnung genau beschrieben. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

Falsche Erwartungen geweckt!

Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war in der Tat zuverlässig und korrekt. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit den üblichen Haushaltsgeräten ausgestattet, so dass man für einen normalen Tagesablauf nichts Wesentliches vermissen brauchte. Allerdings war die Aufteilung der Wohnung aus der Beschreibung und den bereitgestellten Bildern nicht zu erkennen, vielmehr wurde durch die Perspektivwahl bei der Fotografie der Dachterasse (durch eine Art Dachfenster) zumindest in Kauf genommen, dass der Eindruck entsteht, es könnte ein Balkon sein. Es ist aber eine sehr windige Dachterasse, die nur über eine enge Wendeltreppe (mit einem Tablett in der Hand schwer) zu erreichen ist. Ein Sonnenschirm, der unbedingt erforderlich ist, wenn man die Terasse nicht nur zum Sonnenbaden, sondern als Erweiterung des sehr engen Lebensraumes der Wohnung nutzen will, droht ständig wegzufliegen oder durch den Wind beschädigt zu werden. Ein Sichtschutz ist dort nicht erlaubt, so dass man auf dem Präsentierteller sitzt und bei in der Tat guter Aussicht regelmäßig die Blicke der Passanten kreuzt. Zumal diese Dachterasse in ihrer Bauart weit und breit einzigartig ist und Blicke anzieht. Die Wohnung ist sehr eng geschnitten und hat bis auf den Ausgang zur Dachterasse und in einem Schlafzimmer ein Fenster mit Blick auf die Treppe zwischen den Häusern sowie kleinen Lüftungsöffnungen in den Badezimmern , keine Fenster. Wenn der Tisch im Wohnzimmer von mindestens vier Personen genutzt wird, kann man nicht mehr ungehindert an diesem vorbeigehen. Die Einrichtung ist großenteils von IKEA und wirkt z.T. sehr selfmade sowie schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aus Platzmangel schläft man in einem Schlafzimmer mit dem Kopf unter einem IKEA-Hängeschrank, den man tagsüber übrigens nur benutzen kann, wenn man über das Bett läuft oder dieses beiseite schiebt. Die Treppe zur Wohnung, die sich im ersten Obergeschoß befindet, ist ebenfalls eine Wendeltreppe, welche mit Koffern eine Herausforderung darstellt, zumal einige Stufen wackeln. Also wenn man weiß was man kriegt, mag die Wohnung OK sein für den, dem es gefällt. Aber nach den Fotos in Verbindung mit dem Preis hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Traumhafter Blick

Für 9 Tage waren wir im Apartment "Sol" und waren begeistert! Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet(Ikea) und absolut sauber. Auch in der Küche hat nichts gefehlt, ein paar Utensilien könnten mal ausgetauscht werden, da schon ziemlich abgenutzt, z.B. Schneidebrett. Top war natürlich die Dachterasse und der Superblick über die Bucht von Estepona.

Fantastic views over the sea.

The app. is located in an urbanization of holiday homes of private owners. The part where Sol is located is most similar to one of the many white villages with narrow streets and hidden corners. There is a lot of vegetation and flowers. Cars can be parked at central parking lot a 5 minutes walk to Sol. Sol is located on the 2nd floor with a large terrace with fantastic views over the sea. The roof terrace is accessed via a spiral staircase. The living room is large enough for four people, but for 6 I think too small. There are two bed rooms and 2 bath rooms equipped with a massage shower and radio. In the living room is a sofa bed. The kitchen is adequately equipped. The storage below is a little bit messy, but you can not avoid it, because you have to pass the storage room before reaching the stairs to the app. The stairs to the house is narrow. The beach consists of pebbles, stones and sand. We had a good stay and certainly we would return again if we visit Andalusia again.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY

This was an absolutely stunning apartment, it was just like a home from home. Clean, well presented and very spacious. The balcony has the Sun from first thing in the morning till early evening, and is great for eating out on. The owners were very helpful. We would certainly recommend this property and have already passed the details onto friends and family. We can honestly say that we had a great holiday and our only disappointment was coming home.

AMAZING

We have just got back from a break away with our young daughter. The property was lovely , spacious and the view and location was amazing. Our daughter loved the pool and the sea. The location was great for a stroll along the beach and going out to eat.The sea was lovely and warm , and even paddling we spotted some fish

Fantastic!

Wow! A beautifully decorated apartment with great facilities. Being able to get up in the morning, make breakfast whilst keeping an eye on the kids on the beach was a real luxury! Good communication from the owners and they have a lovely agent in Sue! We visited in October half term, the weather was beautiful and the beach was so quiet and perfect for the children. Hoping to visit again in the future. Many thanks!

Apartment Sol

Abbiamo soggiornato nel Apartman Sol tra il 1-7 luglio. L’arredamento e nuovissimo, tutto strapulito, il mare e molto vicino, panorama meravigliosa, tramonti stupendi, veramente niente da obiettare. Lo raccondiamo agli amici e conoscenti. Siamo rimasti contentissimi, grazie!

Best Location

The apartment situated at the best location. You are on the beach!!! I could'nt beleive it before. You didn't have to cross any road to be on the beach. It was amazing. Walking in the garden we saw parrots and banana trees. It was great to hear the waves from the bed. Everything was as described.
