The Annex at Little Dykebeck Farm, is a unique property located in the beautiful hamlet of Dykebeck, just over 1 mile from the market town of Wymondham.



Refurbished to a high standard throughout, The Annex sleeps 4 people. With 2 king-size bedrooms, a spacious open plan kitchen/living area and a large games room, this is a great place to socialise with friends and family.



The Space:

The open plan living space comprises of the below:



Living Area - The cosy lounge has everything you need to relax; a comfy sofa and arm chair with throws, free wi-fi and Smart TV.



Kitchen - The modern open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater during your stay. This includes a fridge, kettle, toaster, Air Fryer, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, Bosch oven and induction hob and all the necessities to go with them. There is also a kitchen bar with 4 stools.



Bedroom 1 - Comfy king-size bed.



Bedroom 2: This bedroom has a king size bed that can be converted in to two single beds (please request for this upon booking).



Bedroom 2 leads through to the large Games Room which is equipped with table tennis table, pool table, yoga mats and more!



Bathroom: Modern bathroom with walk-in shower and all the basics.



Grounds: Located in the beautiful grounds of Dykebeck Farm, The Annex has a private garden for you to enjoy. Equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs and BBQ (

BBQ available by request only).



Please note, there are no stairs at this property.



Parking: There is ample private parking at Little Dykebeck Farm. However, please let us know how many vehicles there will be on site during your stay.

Other Things to Note:

Please note we operate a contactless check-in via a key safe at the property. Guests will receive the check-in guide and key safe code 2 days prior to arrival.



Unfortunately we are no longer able to accept pets at The Annex.



Please note our resident black cat Luna may well pay you a visit, she is very friendly but we would appreciate that you do not allow her into the property.



An early check-in of 1pm is available for an additional fee of £10. Late check-out by 12pm is available for £10. Please request upon booking.



This is a no smoking property.



Interaction with Guests:

All guests have full use of the Annex and amenities with full privacy. However, we are easily contactable by phone, text or email if there are any problems.
