-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

-Credit/debit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.

-Check-in from 16:30h (High season from 18:00h)

-Check-out before 11:00h

Beachfront great,every thing nearby

Beachfront great,every thing nearby Haven't to take keys back to office very early in the dark ,pulling a 20kg case,then back to same spot to get my rtn coach to airport,,why can't you just leave keys inside flat for cleaners to collect

Comfortable and clean but........

Very comfortable bed. Excellent location. Hardly any room in the bedroom. Shower needed to be changed around. Kitchen was miniscule. Sliding doors were not sealing properly and the wind was blowing the curtains. Too small to be an apartment.

Great location with everything in easy walking distance. Will book the apartment again.

The view was stunning. Excellent location close to all facilities. Wardrobe doors didn’t open easily. Bathroom a bit tired, shower needs replaced.

las damas was a great stay.the rooms large well funished and comfortable. plenty of towels and bedding even a welcome pack including water,wine,toiletries and cleaning essentials.the bed was super comfy and the amazing view with the sounds of the waves exceptional

Lovely apartment, great location, stunning views.

The apartment was perfect for my needs. The view was absolutely amazing. It would have been nice to have just had to get the keys at the apartment, rather having to collect them and also drop off.

Hello Marina! Nice to ear from you. Thank you for your assessment. it is a really nice apartment. For people that stay more then 10 days, we give them the option to change sheets (if you want this service, you just have to let us know). *Thare is also washing machines in the apartments. About the keys, everybody has to com to the office to do the check in and leave the damage deposit. Your apartment is only 5 minutes away walking. Hope to see you soon. Regards

Easy to collect keys and easier drop off, the noise is nothing that can be helped as the windows are thin and the sea and wind was very loud on these nights so no complaints my end Maybe addition of a safe in the room as I didn't take all my personal belongings everyday including my passport, but I was happy with the security of the premises itself

Would stay again

Location was brilliant,nice modern apartment with A/C, I saw in review about towels and linen,there was spare towels and linen,and with washing machine this was loads, Only negatives (lifts )out of 4 lifts only 2 were working and by the time we left there was only 1,the wifi wasn’t great but wasn’t a huge deal,the tv had no English Channels but to be honest it didn’t matter cause we were hardly never there

Ease of getting keys etc , small but comfortable apartment for 2 people . Lots of hot water and shower good . Location couldn’t be better . Nothing . Small apartment so wouldn’t want more than 2 people .

Great sea view pity about the overall apartment shabby

The sea view and the bed was comfortable Every wall was marked badly. Every door and door frame has pieces missing. The showerhead would not stay in place had to be tied. The bathroom door stuck so was very hard to open. Blue cover for bed had stains on it. The shower green tray was brown and filled with sludge on the underside. Cleaning agent has been left in the kettle which made it unusable. Every chair has marks and seats were covered in poorly fitted covers to cover rips. The sun breaker was badly ripped. The curtains all had rips in them . The door frame of the bedroom was missing exposing plaster. The wardrobes were off the rails no hangers provided. The whole place needs a general overhaul def not close to a 4 star
