It comes with six bedrooms, all of which are super king size and can be split in to twin beds on request, sleeping 12 people in total. There is an en-suite walk in shower, basin and WC. There is also a bathroom with freestanding bath, basin and WC, as well as a bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner with a woodburning stove, a utility, a sitting room with woodburning stove, an additional sitting room and a games room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a garden with a lawn area and patio area with hot tub, outdoor furniture and a Chesney's wood-fired barbecue. There is a large downstairs wc / wet room and the farmhouse is reasonably level throughout. There is a single step down into the games room. All six bedrooms are upstairs. Two of the bedrooms are accessed by a wider than average staircase with handrails to both sides. The patio area is level leading out from the kitchen. Two small - medium well-behaved dogs.
