SPACE AND COMFORT

Total floor space: 100 m² of interior space with 3 spacious double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (forget about waiting in line when you get back from the beach!).

The jewel of the house: A fantastic 20 m² balcony terrace equipped with an outdoor table and 6 chairs, ideal for enjoying breakfast al fresco or relaxed dinners.

Climate control and connectivity: Air conditioning in all rooms (bedrooms and common areas) and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Kitchen and laundry area: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, standalone washing machine, and two coffee makers (an Italian-style machine and a Nespresso-style capsule machine). Includes sheets, bath towels, and a hair dryer.

DESIGNED FOR FAMILIES AND THE BEACH

Travel light: We offer a free crib and high chair upon request.

Beach kit: We provide beach umbrellas, sand toys for the little ones (shovels and buckets), and, upon prior request, we can offer you up to 2 large beach towels free of charge to save space in your luggage.

Located right in the heart of town and on the second row from the sea.

Beaches: Just a 2-minute walk from Es Port Beach. Walking east, you’ll discover unspoiled coves like Sa Platja des Dolç, Platja des Carbó, and Platja des Caragol. To the west, you’ll find Playa des Coto, Platja dels Estanys, and the world-famous Es Trenc Beach.

Amenities Just Steps Away: Right next to the building, you’ll find a local fruit shop, and just a few meters away, you’ll find the Eroski supermarket, a pharmacy, a medical center, and the iconic Pons Bakery (a must-visit to try the best ensaimadas).

LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORTATION

By car: 35–40 minutes from the airport. Parking is a breeze thanks to the two public parking lots located right in front of the building.

By bus: Excellent service via the A51 express line (Airport–Campos), which connects to the L517 line there. There are also plenty of taxis available in the area.

RULES OF CONDUCT
We do our utmost and provide all the necessary amenities to ensure you have an unforgettable vacation. In return, we ask our guests to take full responsibility for caring for the facilities, to use resources (water and electricity/air conditioning) wisely, and to properly sort and recycle waste.

Parties and events are not permitted to ensure peace and quiet in the area.

Smoking is not permitted indoors (it is permitted on the outdoor terrace).
