Independent apartment within a historic country villa located in Lessolo at the foot of the Chiusella Valley, about 45 minutes outside the Metropolitan City of Turin, 45 minutes by car from some of Italy’s most beautiful ski destinations (Aosta Valley, Mont Blanc), and 10 minutes from the medieval town of Ivrea, home to one of Italy’s most famous carnivals and beautiful lakes (e.g., Viverone, <br>Sirio, San Michele, Alice, etc.). The perfect location for those seeking to relax surrounded by tranquility, nature, local cuisine, and beautiful hills. Excellent for travelers who love sports (e.g., biking, running, swimming, walking, etc.), excursions, and adventurous hiking trails. It’s also great for groups of friends looking for a place to get together and have fun.<br>Resembling a historic castle, the house is about 600 square meters (roughly 6,500 square feet) and spread over three floors. Guests will stay on the third floor, which features five bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom. All rooms have recently been fully renovated and are extremely spacious and bright, with beautiful views of the garden and swimming pool (front) or the valley (back). All rooms have windows and are equipped with hangers and shelves for storing suitcases. All rooms have 24-hour unlimited Wi-Fi. Each room accommodates at least two guests, with the option to add extra beds in some rooms (up to four people). <br>The house can accommodate about 8 (up to 9) people in total. The bedrooms are as follows: <br>- one with two single beds;<br>- one with one double bed;<br>- one with one double bed and a sofa bed that sleeps two additional people, ideal for a <br>family with children (note: this bedroom has a television);<br>- one with a king-size (extra-double) bed<br>- one with a queen-size bed (note: for this bedroom, the bathroom is on another floor)<br>- Two bedrooms share a common bathroom (also fully renovated), and all guests have access to a common area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave, plates, and cutlery. The kitchen features a large table and chairs where guests can sit to eat, relax, read, and watch TV. Guests have 24-hour access to the rooms via a private entrance and staircase on the <br>. Guests also have access to other common areas, such as a charming historic library (located on the third floor), the large terrace on the second floor, and the new gym on the first floor. <br>Guests are also welcome and encouraged to make the most of the outdoor spaces, which feature a large courtyard, a large garden with plenty of flowers and fruit trees (e.g., grapes, olive trees, apple trees), a large swimming pool (about 19x6 meters, or 62x19.5 feet), and a surrounding private park.
