A fully equipped, single-story vacation home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and an outdoor area with a pool and barbecue, ideal for a large family. The property is 2 km from the center of Ericeira and 8 km from the majestic Mafra Convent. In Mafra, you’ll find all kinds of shops, just as you will in Ericeira. It’s just a few minutes from the beaches, the town center, and all kinds of stores and services (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, public transportation, etc.).<br>The house has been recently renovated and is fully furnished and equipped. It opens onto an open balcony.<br>Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, and the other has two single beds; all have windows.<br>All windows and doors (in the two bedrooms and the living room) have curtains.<br>Bedding and bath towels will be provided based on the number of guests and the number of nights booked (for stays longer than one week, spare sets of bed linens and bath towels will be provided so you can rotate and wash them as needed.<br><br>There is an information booklet containing the “House Rules” and various details about the property, including useful phone numbers and instructions for using the appliances.<br><br>The house is located in a family-friendly, very quiet neighborhood with plenty of open space.
