On 600 m2 large natural plot, only approx. 60 meters from the Limfjord in Gudnæs Strand, is this cozy cottage. Fantastic views of the fjord from the plot, terrace and the house. The house's entrance from the covered terrace is furnished as a combined entrance hall and utility room with bench, combined sinks & # 8211; and dryer, freezer and utility room. At the sink you have a view of the Limfjord, while you can peel potatoes, clean fish and the like. Smaller but nice bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Spacious angular kitchen-living room with panoramic views of the fjord. The kitchen is i.a. equipped with hob with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and microwave. In the living room there is a smart TV for streaming your own services. Bright double bedroom and former entrance hall used as walk-in closet. There is a combined washer and dryer. On the 1st floor, there is first a repos living room with space for relaxation, games and work. The house's best view is enjoyed from the 1st floor bedroom. Here the headboard is used for panoramic views, which can be enjoyed from the bed or two armchairs. Outdoors there are several good nooks for relaxation and views of the fjord. There is an awning and light set up so you can enjoy the good outdoor space all day. For the little ones there is a sandpit by the terrace, cot and high chair. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
