Mondariz-Balneario is situated at the geographic center of such interesting destinations as Santiago de Compostela (100 km), Vigo and the idyllic Cíes Islands (40 km), northern Portugal with the commercial town of Valença de Miño (40 km), Monte de Santa Tecla in Tuy where the Miño River flows into the ocean (65 km), the majestic Sil canyons (120 km), Sanxenxo and the entire Rías Bajas region (80 km), and the airports in Vigo and Santiago (30 and 130 km, respectively).
