Villa Pinia spreads over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with dining and living room, bathroom and one bedroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. You can enjoy the sunrise over the sea on the balconies in all three bedrooms. There is a sofa in the living room.Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, cutlery, dish clothes, electric cooker, 4 cooking rings, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle.
A special feature of Villa Pinia is the additional pool house. There is an additional bedroom with a large double bed for 2 people with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. So this villa offers 8beds.

An additional toilet is also available by the pool. Your car will be safely parked behind parking gates. There is also a possibility of renting a boat.
