This home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, stunning ranch in an ideal location for exploring the Denver and Boulder areas. The home is nestled in the charming community of Erie, just 25 minutes from both Downtown Boulder, and Downtown Denver, and a short drive from the mountains. The home is located on a cul-de-sac with the back patio facing open space and walking and biking trails. Boulder is an outdoorsman's paradise with great hiking, climbing, and fly fishing, and the open space directly behind the home features many singletrack mountain biking trails as well as a small creek that runs along the trail.

Within the home, you'll find beautiful wood floors, a double-sided fireplace, and 10-foot ceilings. You'll also enjoy a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas stove. 3 bedrooms including 1 king, 1 full, and 1 twin, as well as a queen bed and sleeper sofa in the basement. The house is fully furnished and includes internet, a fully functional kitchen, and all utilities. Abundant natural light pours in throughout the home, and downstairs there is a fantastic playroom for the kids as well as a finished basement with a large entertainment area.

Out back you'll find gorgeous views of the open space, seating for 12, and a gas fire pit to help you unwind after a long day in the mountains.

The surrounding area is a great place for families with many events in the summer months. Downtown Erie is within a mile of the home and is a quaint and charming place that features many great restaurants and breweries. Multiple parks and the Erie Rec-Center are within walking distance as well.

Beautiful home and town. Loved the American feel of the neighborhood. Home was clean, nicely decorated, and baby friendly. Loved the kids playroom, kitchen, and all the bedrooms and options for places to sleep.

Lovely home for family Thanksgiving

This is a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family gathering at Thanksgiving. We had everything we needed and will definitely consider staying here again.

Awesome house and location for family vacation!

This house was perfect for our family vacation! Our group of 4 adults and 3 kids had multiple indoor and outdoor areas to hang out together or spread out for privacy and quiet time. The finished basement with a great playroom was a major hit with the grandkids (9,9,10). We couldn’t have asked for a better location as we were within 30-45 minutes of other family members North, South, East and West of Denver. We were able to show the kids city experiences(Meow Wolf, Denver Zoo, City Park, Stanley Marketplace), ATVing in Estes Park, hiking around Red Rocks and Maxwell Falls, hot springs in Idaho Springs, Olde Town Arvada, and then go back home to recharge and check out the parks, walking trails and Erie Recreation Center aquatic area with a lazy River and water slide. Unfortunately the HOA pool was closed for repairs during our visit, but we did see it being filled as we were leaving. The kitchen well equipped kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparations - it’s the best one I have experienced over the years. Communications with Matt for reserving, prepping to arrive, and during our stay were great. Check-in and out were easy. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a getaway with family or adult friends - our whole group gives it a big thumbs up!

Great home for young family

This home has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Very well stocked kitchen and supplies. Rooms are very comfortable with lots of kids toys and books for all ages. The play area in the basement had so much for the grandkids to do when they dropped by. They slept very well when they got home. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful home, great location

My family stayed in this property for a week, but in only took a minute for it to feel like home. It's very clean and impeccably decorated. There's plenty of space to spread out and a fun play room with a rock wall and little custom castle setup that our kids couldn't get enough of. The paths and parks right out the door made for fun on roller skates and playing catch--and then snowball fights when we went from 60+ degrees to 7" of snow in two days. If there were any nits to pick it would be that the fire pit in back had an empty propane tank so we couldn't use it, and the bouncy house in the playroom had a screw loose inside of the housing that made a terrible rattle and was likely at risk of being stuck in the motor so we couldn't use it (our kids were probably too big for it anyway). So if either of those items is something that'd be a dealbreaker I'd be sure to ask about it before you arrive. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thank you!

Beautiful and centrally located.

We really had a great time. Property is very beautiful plenty of rooms for the 7 of us to stay. Was very close to Boulder as well as to Denver. Neighborhood was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend. Matt and Anne responded to my texts extremely quickly. Asked before we got there if needed anything special or specific. We really loved it! Thank you!

Very nice home in a quiet, convenient location

This is a very nice house (relatively new), well stocked with all the necessities. It is very convenient to Boulder, and I-25. The neighborhood is beautiful with all the necessities nearby.

A vacation-saver

After another homeowner reneged on our contract days before our trip to Colorado, Matt came to our rescue and accepted our request, and we feel SO fortunate! The home is beautiful, with a lovely patio where we enjoyed the glorious Colorado weather while drinking coffee in the morning, wine in the evening. There's a fabulous playroom in the basement for younger kids, a fine video game setup for older kids and adults. The kitchen is well-equipped. The location in a family-friendly neighborhood with easy access to Boulder suited us well. The host is responsive and friendly and had lots of helpful information about the area available. It was all more than we could have hoped for at the last minute, and we would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to others.

This is a wonderful house and location

We were in the area celebrating our sons 40thbirthday. We found a house in his neighborhood and it was fabulous. The house is very roomy and homey and in a wonderful family oriented neighborhood not far from Boulder and the mountains. The house is very clean and the owners were a delight to work with. We were extremely pleased with this experience.

Roomy and Comfortable Home!

Our family with grown children attended a wedding in the area and wanted a place roomy enough for all of us. This place was perfect. It was so nice and very clean. It was great to have a full kitchen to make breakfast for the family. The owners were very accommodating and we were very appreciative.

Beautiful home! A great place to stay in Erie!

My family recently stayed in this beautiful home for a long weekend. There were seven people total -- 5 adults, one teen, and one 11 year-old. The location was great as we were gathering in Erie for a wedding and there are no hotels that are super convenient. There was plenty of space for everyone, the home was nicely appointed, clean, and beautifully decorated — and being able to park in the garage was a big plus. The house backs to open space, has a lovely patio, and is in a great neighborhood. We appreciated being able to stay together, walk the trails that are right out the door, and be within walking distance (less than one mile) of downtown Erie where we found great restaurants, a farmers market, and a couple local breweries. The owners were super responsive and great to work with! We would recommend this home if you need a great place to stay in Erie.
