Please note, we only rent to families and have a minimum age requirement of 25. We do not rent to student groups. Though we appreciate your interest, there are no exceptions to this policy. During certain times of the year, a 7 day minimum stay is required.


Relax and unwind just a few steps away from the most beautiful beaches in the world. Our property is located in Laguna Beach, on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. It is directly across from the beach in an old residential area that gives you an idea of what the beach was like before the big high-rise condos.

Our beach property consists of a main duplex cottage plus a guest house. This listing is for the Guest House that is located behind the main cottage.

The Guest House has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a converted walk-in closet that contains 2 single size bunk beds ideal for 2 children but big enough for adults. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchen and a bathroom with a stall shower. In addition, there is an enclosed outside shower to rinse off after your fun day on the beach. There are two mini-split AC units that keep the rooms nice and cool in the summer.

This property is directly across the street from County Beach Access boardwalk # 83. In just a few steps, you will be on the beach in less than 2 minutes. Our cottage is conveniently located about 4 miles west of Pier Park outdoor shopping complex. Thomas' Donuts and the local Carousel grocery store are an easy 2-minute drive. Wal-Mart, Target, Winn-Dixie and Publix grocery stores are also close by. Restaurants to suit any taste are nearby. Panama City Beach has many fun attractions such as Shipwreck Island water park, Gulf World, Wonder Works, Ripley's, snorkeling, parasailing, go-carts, putt-putt golf and lots more for your family to enjoy. There are also two state parks within a few minutes’ drive.

The Frank Brown Baseball/Softball Complex is only 4 miles away and Laguna Beach Christian Retreat is less than 1/2 mile from the property.
