A first line ocean and beach view apartment, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, that can accommodate up to 6 people.

Large and bright living room with integrated kitchen (26 m2), fully equipped, with dishwasher and laundry machine, stove, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cooking utensils.

All rooms open onto a balcony, where you can have meals, with a table, chairs and sun loungers for a comforting and well-deserved vacation! It has one of the most breathtaking sea views in the Algarve, according to all our guests!

Bed and table linen, as well as professional cleaning as recommended by the Portuguese Health Authorities are included.

The beach is accessible across the road, and down a flight of stairs, where a great beach bar and restaurant is available.

If you require early or late check-in, please include the required times in your reservation message.

We were here for Afro Nation during the heat wave. The location is perfect and offers a balcony that connects to 3 different rooms. There are also 2 full bathrooms which was nice for my party of 5. The pull out couch was broken; the host offered to fix it but it was fine for a guest who only slept on the narrow part. Please note there is NO A/C. There are only 2 small fans, 1 for each bedroom so we had the sliding doors open the entire night. Nor were there dishwasher pods.We also had a hard time leaving the parking lot gate with the instructions given. Because it was 6:30AM the host didn’t respond to several calls but that is understandable. We had to wait for another person to leave the car lot in order to leave.

The apartment is in a superb location with amazing views. It has everything needed for the perfect holiday and Helena is an excellent host responding very quickly to minor queries and allowing an early entry to and late stay in the apartment. We will return to this wonderful apartment where we had a great time.

The views were spectacular and the nearby grocery store had fresh baked goods daily. A great location and lovely apt. The person who let us in told us not to use a bathroom and bedroom and showed up an hour before check out to clean, then came back 30mins. later.

The best view in Praia da Rocha

The apartment is ideally located in Praia da Rocha, with a large balcony from which you can see and hear the ocean, experience amazing sunrises and see part of the sunset. You are a few steps from 3 different grocery stores and great restaurants. The host is very attentive and responsive we loved our stay and can't wait to return.

Fantastic Location

This property is in a great location that is easy to get to. There is an excellent view from the balcony. Beach is across the street and down some steps. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by. I would definitely return.

Absolutely Stunning View

The property was perfect and exactly as described with legitimately the best view. Everything was within 5 mins of the apartment. The people in Portimao were amazingly friendly and helpful. There is an ecological island right across the street for all types of waste, it is an extremely well located property for absolutely everything.My friends and I were extremely happy with the property.The host was responsive and extremely attentive. Checkin was smooth and effortless. The bad review that this property has is totally unjustified. Those people are obviously entitled, If it was so dirty why did you not contact the host with photos, instead you took it upon yourself? It doesn't make any sense.I hope to rent this property again later this year with Family. That view was absolutely stunning.

Wonderful Host and Breathtaking View

What a great vacation spot! The view from the bedrooms and living rooms, which spanned the whole beach, were glorious. Bedrooms were spacious and it comes with 2 baths. We came on a very chilly day and we’re quite cold the first night as there is no heating in the unit and only one space heater. The host brought us another space heater the very next day along with a bottle of wine for our troubles! How nice was that?? The location was excellent for long walks along Praia da Rocha and eating at any of the restaurants along the avenue. The kitchen is bare bones so if you plan on cooking, while it does have plates, pots and pans and utensils, you’ll have to provide oil/butter and seasonings, etc. There is a nice little store at the base of the building for anything you might need and a bigger grocery store, InterMarche, not too far down the avenue. All in all, it was a great place to relax in and a great host! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Helena!

Convenient location but questionable cleaning

Location: great! Cleanliness: we had to buy all cleaning products, bins and wash the bathroom mats and I had to clean the house on my arrival due to dirt and hair (all at our own cost). Communication: fine and Helena was lovely until we left. On leaving we received a breakdown bill for EUR 296 which she did not want to discuss, which she stated she had claimed EUR 100 from VRBO and she was annoyed that was the only amount she could claim. There was a lamp, not broken but tilted to the side which she claimed was broken and therefore she would charge twice the price as she needed to get a matching one too. She proceeded to state that we shouldn’t book her place again. I understand the inconvenience but we too were inconvenienced. We even left cleaning products at her place. We offered to discuss this multiple times and even called but she ignored us. This is a shame as I believe this could have been resolved.

Dear guest: when it is not recognized, even with photos, that the apartment was in a deplorable state - with unwashed dishes, hair, sand everywhere, garbage to be emptied, toilet bins overflowing (having in front of the building, an ecological island with all types of waste collection) - they always use, as an argument, the excuse of cleaning the apartment not being in conditions..... You are young and still have a lot to learn, especially in preserving the property of others that is available to guests. We hope this incident is educational and that Mako and her friends don't do the same to another owner. Helena

Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern) hatten Anfang August 2026 einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Der Blick auf den Atlantik aus allen Zimmern ist beeindruckend und der Strand keine zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein kleiner Balken im Sichtfeld des Balkons störte kaum. Bei der Ankunft streikte die Parkschranke und die Schlüsselübergabe durch eine etwas gestresste Dame verzögerte sich kurz. Der Gastgeber war jedoch immer erreichbar und half schnell und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war besenrein, der Boden hätte sauberer sein können. Handtücher, Sanitäranlagen und die frisch bezogenen Betten waren absolut sauber. Wichtig für den August: In der Hochsaison ist es abends bis weit nach Mitternacht draußen sehr laut (Ohrstöpsel einpacken!). Ohne Klimaanlage wird es nachts warm; die Ventilatoren helfen, sind aber hörbar. Praktisch sind die zwei Duschen. Als das Warmwasser einmal ausfiel, kümmerte sich der Gastgeber sofort. Der private Parkplatz ist super, kann aber spät abends voll sein, da die Plätze knapp sind. Einziger echter Minuspunkt: Der beschriebene Backofen fehlte. Ein Tipp für die Küche wären Salz und Pfeffer. Fazit: Trotz kleinerer Kritikpunkte ein tolles Apartment mit unschlagbarer Lage und einem sehr engagierten, freundlichen Gastgeber. Wir empfehlen es weiter!
