It is well-equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living-dining room with fireplace, open-plan kitchen, balcony, and a fantastic porch for relaxing and unwinding.

The surroundings are spectacular and very peaceful. The house is typically visited by families or mountain lovers who want to enjoy nature and the outdoors. The property includes an outdoor area of approximately 150 m², with a covered porch and a small garden featuring a fountain.

The views from anywhere in the village are wonderful, especially those from the pool, located just 20 meters from the house and shared with the other homes, as is the large barbecue area.
