Aloha!

My family and I live on Maui and we are so excited to host your vacation. Don't get stuck with a major rental company that doesn't care about your individual group. We take pride in providing personal touches and making sure that we personally check on our condos to ensure your trip is the best it can be.

This beautiful ground floor unit has been completely remodeled in May 2023. There is a queen size sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress! Also a new 4K large screen TV in the living area. Dining features table that seats 6, and there is an extra large patio that also seats 6 for outdoor dining. New appliances in the kitchen as well and a washer/dryer in the unit. With the split level A/C your home with be cool when you are ready to be cooled off!
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and its own flat screen tv for night time relaxing. The second bedroom is equipped with two twins, which can also be converted into a king for couples.
The extra large bathroom is equipped with all the linens needed for your stay. Big enough to share!
This unit also includes boogie boards. Beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for use. As well as beach towels for your use also. Tennis rackets and tennis balls are provided if you want to use the courts! Ready for you to come and enjoy your Hawaiian vacation!
The KOA Resort spares no expense for landscaping and you will truly feel as though you are in the middle of a tropical garden! There is a beautiful pool and hot tub as well as shuffleboard and tennis courts. There is a BBQ area and gathering place for larger groups to get together.
We also provide a pack and play for guests use.
Guests can cancel with no charge up to 60 days before the stay. 60-30 days is a 50% cancellation fee. Under 30 days is 100% cancellations fee.

Host was attentive prior to the stay. The place wasn’t overly clean when we arrived and the second bedroom dresser didn’t work at all. Minor details overall. The overall Koa grounds are amazing, would recommend staying at Koa.

Absolute paradise! Fantastic stay!

My family had a fantastic time here! The property was very clean and comfortable. It was nice being so close to the beach and to so many great places to visit and eat. The pool was beautiful and very clean. We absolutely loved it! Can't wait to go back!

Perfect spot

This place was incredible. It was just the right size for our family. Updated, bright and clean. We loved the grounds, the pool was a blast and felt safe that it was locked off so kids couldn’t go running in. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place with family. Communication was terrific and went above by providing us with some tips of the area.

This unit is in building 5, parking is an 8 minute walk. Parking on the street was difficult to find. Air conditioner in the living room did not work properly. Standard twin beds are 75 inches long. Twin beds in this unit appear smaller. Owner reports interior was upgraded recently, however the exterior of this complex is dated.

I’m sorry you were not satisfied with your stay. This unit is in building 5 as advertised. I have never heard any complaints about the walk from the parking lot to the condo. It a spy doesn’t take 8 minutes unless you are crawling. We did have an ac tech come in after your checkout and everything is working properly. The next guest report the ac is working so not sure what happened during your stay. I did offer to come in and look at it for you. Or send an ac tech. The twin beds in the bedroom are absolutely twin bed size. I’m not sure where you would find shorter twin mattresses but they are twin size. If you have adults that are tall twin beds are not ideal. Perhaps next time you should look for queen size beds. Our interior was completely remodeled in May 2023. The exterior of the condo complex although not all mine was painted as of Dec 2022. It is upkept regularly and I get many great responses to the gradient and landscaping. I’m sorry you felt it was rundown. Again I have never got a complaint. Mahalo

Worked well as a staging area for parents of a bride with a wedding in Maui.

Speacious,, pleasant, with lots of thoughtful touches. A family moved in above us that made noise through the ceiling. Be sure to bring a rolling bag for groceries. It is a fairly long walk to the parking lot.

We had a great time at Maui. The unit was clean, A/C and everything was in perfect working condition. Angela is responsive to our questions. There are sufficient supplies, including towels and beach towels, for our family of 5 with 5 nights stay. The closet is stocked with snorkeling, tennis, surfing equipment. There is onsite swimming pool and tennis court. The downside is for our family of 5, one of us needs to sleep on the sofa bed, the mattress seems to be worn and not very comfortable. The beach across the street was not swimmable when we were there, probably because it was not long after a storm.

Condo was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but the only complaint was clearly hearing every step from the upstairs apartment and at 5 in the morning nonetheless.

Great place in a great location!

This place was perfect for us. It was clean and the A/C felt great and was a must going the end of Sept to Maui. The place could use more plates to eat on, but you just have to do dishes every time you eat at the condo. Angela responded quickly everytime I needed an answer and check in and check out was so quick and easy. I love the KOA resort location being right across the street from the beach.

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Koa Resort. The AC kept the condo comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also appreciated the beach equipment (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc...). Our kids loved the pool and ping pong table. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful property and great host!!

Angela was a great host who was very proactive about communicating with us and responded almost instantly to any questions we had. The property and unit were very clean and well equipped including gear for beach days and a cooler. Enjoyed breakfast on the lanai in the morning and in the evening walking out the lanai to the pool / jacuzzi. We'll definitely stay here on our next trip to Maui!!

Nice condo with a great swimming pool

We stayed here for the awesome swimming pool. My kids stayed hours in it. The condo was well stocked, clean and the right size for our family of four. Location was great for our adventures as we were centrally located. The grounds were beautiful, well maintained and spacious. The condo is older but we would still Come back again. The property manager provided useful information and was prompt in responses. The beach supplies were a bonus.

Clean with the basics provided. We enjoyed our stay in this condo for our family of five. We used the pool, jacuzzi, shuffleboard, tennis courts, shared bbq's, and lanai. It was a great location to venture out to see the sights and enjoy the beaches.

Six of us (3 couples) stayed here. The pool is great! Close to very nice beaches. Easy parking and a great location to explore the island from. The queen, twin beds, and pull out couch were fine for our group, but the living room dwellers do have less privacy. Nice big bathroom, loved having beach towels available too. The beach chairs, boogie boards, etc, made our beach experience more fun! All appliances were in great shape. Would definitely recommend.

its an ok condo to stay in very old smell inside, the couch in living room has a bad smell you can't stay on it. it was nice that its on the first level and has that green grass outside but it was not what we expected
