6 berth luxury lodge in Christchurch, Dorset

This ABI Harrogate lodge has been ours from new, since July 2020. At 41 x 20 feet (820sqft), this incredibly spacious lodge is located in stunning Christchurch on Hoburne Park, and designed to make memories and help you relax. A time to unwind is a luxury in itself nowadays, that’s why from the bedroom suites to living quarters, the lodge is the perfect solution.

There's a fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay. You will also have access to a large open space to the side of the lodge, perfect for games and BBQs.

We have two allocated parking spaces close to the front door.

As a self-catering lodge, you'll find everything you need. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, gas range cooker with 5 burners and 3 ovens, a 4 slot toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine with complimentary pods, a dishwasher and microwave.

The lodge is a perfect place to relax with a 43" Smart HDTV in the lounge, a 32" HDTV in the master bedroom, WI FI and built-in bluetooth music speakers. We also have a washing machine in the utility room.

The lodge has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In bedroom 1 you will find a king size double bed. Bedroom 2 contains two 6x3 ft beds. There is additional space in the lounge area, thanks to a double sofabed.

There are 2 bathrooms. Bathroom 1 is en-suite off the master bedroom with walk-in shower. Bathroom 2 has a toilet, hand basin and bath/shower. There are also essential toiletries supplied, a hair dryer and iron / ironing board.

All bed linen, kitchen towels and oven gloves are provided.

Although we’re happy for babies and infants to enjoy the lodge, we do not supply cots or high chairs. Of course, please feel free to bring your own.

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 12 midday.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside, or outside on the decking area.

Pets are not allowed at the property.

LOCATION:

Orchid 9 is located in a quiet wooded corner of a newly built, private gated development at the entrance of Hoburne Park. Just a 10 min walk to Friar’s Cliff beach, it is also only 10 mins drive to The New Forest.

Orchid 9 is perfect for young families and couples alike, due to its location you can choose to get involved with the park’s activities, or be left to enjoy the peace and quiet.

On-site facilities include: two heated swimming pools, indoor and outdoor (summer months only), gym, mini-golf, bars, outdoor playgrounds for toddlers and older children, a multi games area, boules court and restaurants and evening entertainment.

Temporary Membership passes are available. The cost is £55 for up to 6 people for up to 7 nights. We require 48 hours notice to process the passes which are collected from reception. Please contact me for more details.

Access to the beach at Steamer Point and Mudeford Quay are within walking distance. Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Lidl and Aldi are all nearby, and there’s a local Spar is located just outside of the park boundary for that emergency pint of milk!

Nearby attractions include the New Forest, Beaulieu, Swanage, Durdle Door, Bournemouth, Monkey World, as well as some fantastic pubs and restaurants, including The Waterloo Arms, James & White, The Noisy Lobster, The Boathouse and the Kings Arms Hotel, to name a few! Highcliffe Castle, the Isle of Wight and the quaint port town of Lymington are all well within reach.
