Great house for a large group!

Really love this place. Have been here twice now with a large group. Lots of space, nice beds and a lovely and well equipped kitchen. Also a great location that feels remote but has access to lots of lovely places and large shops not too far away. Highly recommend this place.

Family friendly house with plenty of room for everyone

Wonderful views from the house which is well equipped with everything you need for a family holiday. The children loved exploring the grounds and blackberry picking. The large barbecue was well used and a welcome addition. It was lovely and clean with plenty of gas. (not always the case in some other holiday homes we’ve stayed in)

The house was ideal for a family holiday for 11 people and a dog. The extensive garden was a bonus as were the views.

A lovely big house for a large family gathering. Everything we needed for a week long stay and weather was great.

Spacious Holiday Home in Central Location

The house was ideal for our large family, with spacious rooms and a huge garden that the children absolutely loved. We stayed during the recent heatwave, yet the downstairs of the house remained wonderfully cool, making it a very comfortable place to relax. The kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of pots, pans and a large fridge-freezer, although there wasn’t an air fryer as advertised. We also enjoyed eating outside on the large terrace every evening while taking in the stunning views of Snowdon. The location was excellent too, with most beaches and attractions within around 30 minutes’ drive. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return, but our only disappointment came when we tried to book for next year and found that the price had doubled, which unfortunately puts it beyond our budget.!

A wonderful weekend of memories

We booked this house for my sisters hen weekend and it was everything we hoped for. The living room provided a great place for hanging out and playing games, we had a private chef and the dining room and kitchen accommodated it beautifully. Instructions and communication were very clear and timely, and the house had plenty of space for everybody. We absolutely loved our stay here- thank you!

Great place for a holiday for the whole family

We had a tremendous week and thoroughly enjoyed the house and its amenities. Great views of Snowden from several rooms and the garden. The property is well placed for many local delights whatever the weather. All in all, a delightful time based in a marvellous house.

Family celebrations

We had a lovely time in Anglesey for a family celebration. It was a delight to visit old haunts , the island is a treat . Ty Feram was an ideal size, warm and cosy with comfortable beds for the large party although not without a few hiccups, sorted out by the management team. Also worth noting as no heating in the conservatory can’t be used in the depths of winter but still beautiful views . Also noted no welcome pack as in - info on appliances /heating/ etc .

Home away from home

Super well kitted out, spacious, cosy home. Perfect for exploring Anglesey and would be incredible for a big group. A cup of tea watching the sunrise over the Welsh hills and feasting on th blackberries from the garden were our stay highlights.

Lovely house with superb views

Our extended family of 14 persons from a three year old to grandparents all greatly enjoyed our holiday. The property has very relaxing views from the back of the house across the garden and is fairly close to sandy beaches and other amenities.

So good we booked it again while there!

We are a party of 14 adults, so it’s a mean feet to find a house that comfortably fits all of us and doesn’t feel crowded. Ty Fferam Bailey is the dream! It’s a stunning property and every room is beautiful. On our 4th night we booked again for our reunions!

A 60th celebration weekend

We loved the rural location and the view out of the front was amazing. Lovely outdoor space. We had a chef cook for us on the Saturday evening so the large kitchen and separate large dining room is what appealed the most. All rooms very comfortable, clean and warm and an ideal family house. That said the property is tired and in need of some love. Wifi is poor at best. If travelling with dogs both sitting rooms are off limits so they are limited to the kitchen and conservatory.

A wonderful family holiday in beautifulAnglesey

We are all very happy with our weeks stay in the house and our family of 12 were very well spaced out in our own little parts. The children lived the garden. The space, the swing and pear tree and especially the welcome from the local cows by the fence. It was especially convenient for travelling around to different parts of Anglesey and to neighboring Bangor. One criticism.. Wifi was rubbish.

Remembering Grandad

The house is lovely and spacious, but difficult to heat. Consequently we were cold especially at night, until a engineer came to show us how to put the heating on.,

Big family celebration

The property was well suited for 4 couples and 5 grandchildren. There were spaces to enjoy being all together and for smaller groupings for chats etc. The view over Snowdonia was spectacular and we enjoyed evenings around the fire pit although the weather wasn’t very kind all week. The house is an excellent base for exploring the island as well as for visiting, and climbing Snowdon. The only downside was the poor wi-fi coverage. With ten people using various devices the best place was the conservatory, which soon became crowded. Coverage was patchy everywhere else, although we did manage to log on to Disney in the lounge for the kids.

Great annual team accommodations

This would be the forth time the Operation Motorsport team has stayed a Fferam Bailey. We use the farm house to house our team and prepare meals for the entire team of 40 each November. The renovations and updates to the property since our last visit were much appreciated. The location is great as it's only 15 minutes to Trac Mon. Unforetunately the 2 things we needed most, the stove top and washer/dryer, were not operating and made things less than ideal from a logistics perspective. We hope that this will not be an issue next year.

The house was lovely in a great quiet location views fantastic - house although was left untidy and dirty throws, cushions lamp shades full of dust and cobwebs. The sofas were dirty. I had to wash throws before allowing young children on them. One of the shower drains kept blocking. Such a shame that the house inside looked tired and unloved and just a rental property certainly not well loved

An Idyllic Spot with tons of Space

The location and house are spectacular. We had plenty of room for the 10 people who were travelling together. The site, however, had many mechanical issues which were not responded to as quickly as needed. We arrived at 4pm to find the place with no heat, and with two emails and one phone call didn't receive assistance until 10am the following morning. Not a great start w/ communicating with the owners since we were given an emergency phone call to use.... to no avail. The furnace needed a new part and was fixed, but seemed to be set on a timer to go off at night and many of our guests were cold during the night, until the heat went on in the mornings of our stay. The microwave blew a fuse and the hot water pot needed to be replaced. We would have liked waste bins in the bedrooms, and manuals to help explain how to use the appliances, since the European models are different than American versions of things such as thermostats, washers, dryers, and dishwashers. With just a little more attention paid to details, this would easily have been a 5-star experience.

Thank you again! (I have been to Ty Fferam Bailey twice before with another group of friends and we are booked in again this September.) We love the house and continue to find wonderful things to do on the island!
