If you are looking for the perfect location for your next vacation, then your search is over! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath property features a prime location within The Village of Siesta Key and is 3.5 blocks to the beach. Beautifully updated, this home is decorated in a coastal theme and features a fully updated kitchen with solid surface counter tops, stainless appliances, and a breakfast nook. The primary bedroom has a king bed, an en suite bathroom featuring a walk in shower and best of all........a rooftop deck complete with outdoor furniture, and a stainless steel grill. At night, sit and enjoy watching the sunset over the #1 rated Siesta Key beach as you enjoy the tropical breezes and plan your next days adventures. During the day, take advantage of being within walking distance to the beach and all the shopping and dining that Siesta Key Village offers or take the short drive over the bridge into Sarasota for even more activities during your vacation. This Pet friendly home is the perfect place for your next family gathering. If the rest of the family is coming, you can also rent Unit B (VRBO# 1064659) which features another 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. NOTE: There is a $250 fee for up to 2 dogs. Must state you are bringing a pet at time of inquiry/booking. An additional $100 will be charged if not notified about pet. The canal and pool area is a shared space with the other Unit. The Units are attached, but have separate private entrances, and are private! There are no shared walls to any rooms of the Units. For guest safety, there are outside security cameras, including the pool area. This Unit is smoke free. No smoking is permitted inside the Unit. Enjoy your stay!! :-)

Note: The pool temperature is dependent and subject to the outside temperature during the cooler months in Florida. When the temperature dips into the low 60’s and below during the evening, the pool may not get up to a comfortable temperature during the day.

Location of property was excellent! 5-minute walk to the village. The pool was also excellent; clean and beautiful! The host was quick to respond with questions. The property was well stocked and we loved all the windows and ceiling fans. The kitchen cabinets could use a refresh as well as the upstairs bathroom but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location to access all of Siesta Key village. Free “tip only” transport was great to visit other beaches like Turtle beach and Point of Rocks Beach and Big Water Gosh House restaurant. Pool was wonderful. Owners great to connect with. Amenities like a beach wagon much appreciated. Another exciting girls trip in the books!

We have been staying on this street for the past 7 years. Usually, we are several houses down but the family is growing. We rented the whole house, A & B. Communication with owner was easy. Check in process was easy to understand. The property itself is a little run down but we don’t care, we’re on vacation in Florida! The only thing that didn’t sit too well with us is the amount of cameras surrounding the property. Every angle of the exterior is covered by the property owners cameras. Not that we were doing anything wrong, it’s just awkward for us. Other than that, the property worked for our trip.

Great location, nice pool, pet friendly. Easy check in and communication with Bob and Bonnie. Quick response to any issues. Main living area ( kitchen/main room) somewhat cramped with limited seating. Bedrooms/ bathrooms very nice. Rooftop deck could be amazing, but in need of considerable work.

Hosts were VERY accommodating and the location ideal.The rooftop deck was sunny all day, and semi-private. The indoor furniture and beds were very comfortable. However, there were a few issues. The deck furniture needs to be replaced. No “cable/satellite” as stated. The oven is a toaster oven, the coffee maker a single cup Keurig, the blender a soda fountain milkshake mixer!.

The stay was great. We chose the house for the location. Being in the heart of the Siesta Key Village was our goal. It was odd not to have an oven and to have to go out and around the house to access the pool. Also, you have to go through the master bedroom to access the grill, then bring it to the kitchen to eat. All oddities that we handled during the trip. The house could use a deep cleaning, but we understand the quick turnaround between renters.Overall, we had a fantastic Christmas vacation.

Great place and great location!

This house is a gem! The location couldn’t get any better as you can literally walk out the door to everything the village has to offer. The pool is gorgeous and the home was everything we needed! The master suite is huge and the rooftop deck was a great place to relax. Highly recommend!

The owner and property manager were responsive when we noticed a few items that needed to be fixed. The pool was amazing and we could walk to the beach, restaurants and souvenir shops.

We absolutely loved our stay at the siesta Key Village House. The best part was absolutely the proximity to the beach as well as the village. The house was exactly as defined on the website. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well appointed. The heated pool was refreshing and very enjoyable also.
