Withy Meadow View is a beautifully designed retreat in a detached oak building. The external design features a front apex made up solely of oak beams and glass resulting in a magnificent uninterrupted view of open natural countryside and green fields.

Situated in a stunning rural location just 100 metres from the Llangollen Canal and close to the medieval town of Nantwich, with an abundance of excellent pubs, eateries and walks close-by, and 3 pubs in walking distance along the canal.

Internally it has been thoughtfully designed to optimise the features of the space, and stylishly decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The spacious accommodation features a king-size bed, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and a smart 55” TV. A luxurious en-suite bathroom boasts a freestanding deep Tub Bath with eye-level skylight roof windows at each end of the bath affording unique views – ideal for soaking and relaxing in with drink after a long day exploring the surrounding area.

Outside, enjoy your own private garden and south-facing patio with its own exclusive Hot Tub to use at your leisure, pergola, Weber gas BBQ and outdoor seating.

The View comes supplied with a Welcome (breakfast) Hamper comprising milk, coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits, croissants, butter, jams, and cereals. An EV charger is available on the property at a cost per kWh upon separate enquiry.

Secure gated access, private parking, drapes and adjustable black-out blinds on all skylights/roof windows complete this secluded very private romantic retreat – perfect for couples to celebrate, unwind and re-charge within the surrounds of the beauty of the Cheshire countryside.

Simply brilliant

Surprisingly spacious for a studio, and very private & quiet. Sue and Chris were fantastic hosts who seem to have thought of everything. I am sure we will be returning soon.

It was a pleasure to host Helen at Withy Meadow View. She was a great guest taking excellent care of the place and leaving it in a very neat and tidy condition. We would welcome her back anytime.

Fabulous!

Fabulous place in a stunning location. Modern & spotlessly clean with lovely homely and thoughtful touches, welcome pack was very much appreciated. Private but with hosts on hand if needed. Quiet & peaceful but close to a pub and the lovely town of Nantwich that has a good variety of shops & restaurants, with park, lake and canal walks and a marina. Highly recommend this accommodation, wish we could have stayed longer.

Honeymoon getaway

Perfect place to get away from it all, gorgeous views and lovely bath!! Some excellent places to eat in Nantwich too, hosts were happy to make recommendations. Hope to return one day, totally refreshed after the break.

It was a pleasure to host Jane and Andy at Withy Meadow View. Very friendly couple who took excellent care of the place, leaving it in a very clean and tidy condition. We would welcome them back anytime.

We are a "retired" couple who have made a lifestyle decision to step down from the corporate ladder to have the time to enjoy the lovely home we have created for ourselves in the countryside - while we have relative youth on our side!
Both of us are very active around our 3-acre property and love to walk with our 2 dogs and go cycling. We have a great social life with many good friends living between Nantwich and Chester.
As our children all live some distance away from us - including Australia - we look forward to welcoming them "home" whenever they are able to get to us. We are also grandparents to two beautiful granddaughetrs.
We love cooking together and entertaining at home, many of our friends making an event of their visit to us by staying overnight, often continuing on to breakfast in the morning. Outside of our home, the many classy (gastro) pubs located within 5-10 miles from us, are a constant magnet, and their variety ensures that we never get tired of eating out.
Sue has lived in and around Nantwich most of her life and has a great knowledge of the area and its history. After all who would want to move away from an area that boasts so much, including - the Nantwich Show and the biggest and best International Cheese Show in the world, the local Food and Jazz Festivals, the Cholmondeley Pageant of Power, the Equerry International Horse Show and Carfest at Bolesworth Castle, and of course the natural attraction of the historic Roman City of Chester, and its renowned Zoo with over 1.9 million visitors each year.
Our hobbies really revolve around our country lifestyle, socialising, keeping healthy, travelling and enjoying what the world has to offer around us, having said goodbye to the pressures of our former corporate lives.
