Too nice, didn’t want to go home, an amazing 3 day stay.

A beautiful location, peaceful & tranquil, perfect for relaxing & unwinding, and close to the city.

Our lodge 'Stag lodge' was in a perfect setting and set to an exceptional standard, with everything provided for a wonderful stay, especially with the extra touches, the owners are to be complemented on the standard of furnishings. It was cleaned throughout to a very high standard. The park was very well maintained throughout and the team should be recognised for their attention to detail. Thank you

Amazing, relaxing and enjoyable!

The site was so peaceful and picturesque. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The lodge itself was spotless, comfortable and so well equipped. The additional touches were so well thought out. A beautiful Christmas tree, decorations, the heating was on and the welcome pack was beyond what we expected We have already booked for next year!

A perfect place to relax and enjoy.

The lodge was just perfect. Well equipped and clean in a really good location on the park. The hot tub was wonderful and maintained daily by a very friendly gentleman. Staff dealt with queries re our booking very professionally on the phone and were welcoming and helpful.

Beautiful lodge in outstanding surroundings.

We stayed at the Stag lodge for five nights with my wife, daughter, her partner and two grandchildren. The children hired out bikes and went riding in the acres of forest while we followed on foot. On the Thursday we visited York and went around the fabulous castle museum. We were sorry to leave on the Saturday and wished we could have stayed for longer.

Lovely accommodation, lovely location

Holiday park is ideally located just outside York. There is a direct bus to York not five minutes from the park (factor in where your lodge is tho) therefore you can leave the car at your accommodation. The lodges are spacious, clean and have a home from home feel. The hot-tub is an added bonus - bath robes and slippers are included! Lodges are warm with constant hot water and Wi-Fi is fantastic. I have already recommended to friends especially those with dogs.
