A lovely property with good outside areas. 30-45 mins walk into the centre of Siena. Beautiful sheets and towels. Communication with Francesca was very good while we were staying there. However responses were a bit slower before we got there. We went on some of the trips they organised which were excellent. We especially enjoyed the Percorino farm and lunch.

We are currently in the height of our peak season, and while we always do our absolute best to reply as quickly as possible, September brings a massive influx of inquiries for Tuscany. Given this exceptionally high demand, we guarantee responses within 15 to 20 minutes at most, as it is simply impossible for us to reply faster right now. Thank you as well for clarifying the walking distance to Siena's city center. This is a question guests ask us very often, and giving a single exact answer can be tricky since it depends on a person’s walking pace and what they define as the center. To put it into perspective, Porta Camollia—which marks the entrance to the historic center and is lined with charming local restaurants, shops, and cafés, is just a 15-minute walk away, whereas Piazza del Campo, the pedestrianized heart of the city, is about a 40-minute leisurely stroll and soaking in the views along the way. Thank you again for helping us clarify these details for future guests. It was a true pleasure having you with us, and we hope to welcome you back soon!

Great place to stay for large groups We stayed for four days in March. The apartment was large and great for our group of 7. Just outside of old city but close to access it by cab or escalator up.

Excellent place to stay. Very spacious so I felt like I was at home. Spent 3 weeks in Italy visiting 4 cities with Siena being the last and this was the best VRBO that we visited. 2 balcony’s with amazing views.

The penthouse was comfortable, well-kept, and in a great location! It had everything needed for a relaxed stay, and the view from the terrace offered a peaceful start to each day. Getting to downtown Siena was easy, which made sightseeing and dining out convenient. The hosts were responsive and professional, which made check-in and communication smooth. I'd definitely stay here again!

We have envoyed our vacations on Best Of Mas. Francesca has been very reactive and very professionnal. The vidéo for our arrival (by ourself) was very helpful. All was good! We plan to come back next year for the 95km WFU!

It was was within walking distance to all the sights and the house was a great size with lots of areas to relax. There is a little hill from the train station but Francesca let us know to take the escalators up in the Pam and then we can walk most of the way home going down hill ???? overall a great experience Cheers Darrell

The apartment was beautiful and spacious with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed many evenings on the terrace with its views of surrounding countryside despite its urban setting. The hosts were fantastic on communication and tips, including for a wine tour and hilltop town visits. Would definitely recommend this property and this host. PS, although its true there are 91 steps as mentioned in some cautionary reviews, there's also a small elevator, so no need to lug bags or even yourself up those steps.

Best of Everything !! I could not be more pleased with our recent stay in the Casamia apartment. Francesca and her amazing staff were attentive and responsive to every question we had. They also arranged a private tour of the Montalpachino area for our group of six. It was thoughtfully organized and perfectly executed! If we are lucky enough to visit this special part of the world again, we will definitely choose Francesca and her wonderful team! Grazie!!

Very nice and clean property, lots of space and comfortable for our family. Walk into town was 30-40 minutes, hot tub was out of order the first two nights we were there but fixed for the third night and we were not told this until we arrived to the property. Maybe we were unaware of customs in Italy but we were surprised to learn upon arrival that we were expected to additionally pay for utilities used during our stay. Great views from the balcony and overall a fine stay.

This property was amazing and the hosts even more amazing. The kitchen space, dining, and Patio areas offered both inclusiveness and privacy for our party of four ladies.I would stay here again, and/or anywhere the hosts had available!

Terrace Mornings and Easy City Access

The penthouse was comfortable, well-kept, and in a great location! It had everything needed for a relaxed stay, and the view from the terrace offered a peaceful start to each day. Great place to stay with a group of 7. Everything was great Host was always available for us. Not super close to city walls of Siena but convenient with car or long walk Would recommend this place

Amazing penthouse with Tuscany views

Trip to Siena

Enjoyed our 3 day visit to Siena. Casamia Penthouse is an awesome place, exactly as described,Wish we could have enjoyed the hot tub and terraces but it was chilly and rainy! Did have difficulty finding the place but Sabrina was awesome helping us!! Very clean, bed very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, centrally located. Would definitely stay there again!!

Nice Penthouse Apartment

The unit has a nice view from the balcony and was very spacious. 3 couples could easily stay there and not be crowded. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms modern. The A/C worked very well and was quiet. The host was very nice and helpful.
