Cozy mezzanine in historic building, comfort assured

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic building classified as a private mansion.

In the heart of the Roquette neighborhood in Arles, across from the Saint Césaire Church, the apartment and common areas were completely renovated in 2019.

The apartment features a very bright, air-conditioned open-concept living room and kitchen with high ceilings, creating a spacious and pleasant mezzanine with a double bed, a closet, and a window overlooking the rooftops of Arles.
