Entrance from the level driveway into a light and airy open plan living/dining/kitchen. There is a separate sitting room and bathroom. Stairs from the living area lead to the upstairs.

The kitchen area has a stunning newly fitted kitchen with cream ‘Shaker Style' fitted units, oak block wood worktops, and slate floor. It is equipped with everything you would expect in a premium holiday home kitchen.

There is a new stone patio area with picnic table, chairs and a BBQ. Side area with off road parking spaces for 2 cars.

Short breaks when available out of the main school holidays: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am.

Where a 1 week minimum applies, our changeover day is FRIDAY.

There is a sofa bed in the second sitting room which can be used on request for an additional charge of £50 per booking (guests to bring their own bedding for this)
