As always our stay was lovely.

We were greeted by Katharine just like as friends would greet each other. The cottage is spotlessly clean and warm. Everything was there that you could possibly want. I always cook each evening and all the utensils, pots and pans and crockery are provided. These are always clean too. The views are stunning and we enjoy looking down to the Dee river and across the valley.

Wagtails was a lovely place to spend quality time and catch up with a childhood friend

Comfortable cosy well equipped cottage, perfect for an autumn stay. Loved the beams in the bedroom and comfy lounge. The information folder was very comprehensive and useful. Simon and Katharine made us feel very welcome.

Our stay in Wagtails was fantastic, a real home from home,so relaxing

The view, the beautiful scenery, watching the bats at night, the cottage is beautiful and cozy, our visit to the Eistefford and seeing IL Divo was absolutely out of this world. A wonderful relaxing place, we will be back. I'd love to see it in the snow ❄️❄️ that would be great Oh just more thing we think Catherine and Simon were so friendly and welcoming and Daisy was a beautiful lovely doggy
