Good location, friendly staff

Ideal location for what we had planned, nice meal in the restaurant. Could do with a few more hooks and another towel rail in the bathroom, and the instructions for the coffee machine!

The experience completely matched the requirements of the visit

Everyone, whatever their rôle in the organisation, fulfilled totally or.exceeded expectations. (By the way, on the breakfast menu, " cortado " is spelt incorrectly....)

Friendly, clean and welcoming

The staff were very helpful. I had a lovely view ,albeit by opening the window and peaking out, of the sea and Needles. So, the Needles room has a view if you look for it!
