With 3 king beds and two sets of Full over Full Bunk Beds, this home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably! The home is equipped with all Roku TV's for your entertainment and enjoyment.Ā A 6-Seater Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) is available for an additional fee to make your trips to the beach ultra-convenient! This well-appointed planned community is within walking distance to the Beach (approximately 1250 yards) and Community pool. This home is sure to give you the perfect beach experience!

The Villas of Frangista is a quiet, gated community with cobble stone streets, a community pool and some small ponds for the kids to fish in. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this community is just minutes from the sugar white sands,Ā close to favorite local restaurants, and nearby someĀ of the best shopping in the area. This lovely neighborhood is practically next door to the Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Wander down the beach to the Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite, take a dip in the lovely community pool, or catch some rays on the sugar white beaches.

*Max 4 vehicles allowed in the driveway. To maintain a beautiful neighborhood for all to enjoy, the HOA requires the following from all residents and renters: NO RVā€™s, buses, trailers, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles, or go-carts are permitted in this subdivision. Parking is permitted for passenger vehicles only, in the driveway or in the garage. No parking allowed on the grass or yard. Parking on the street is not allowed whatsoever in this neighborhood, regardless of the time of day. No overflow parking is available in this neighborhood. Vehicle owners will be responsible for towing fees and HOA fines associated with exceeding the maximum number of vehicles allotted or defiance of policies.

Penelope Palms is located only half a mile from the Silver Sands Outlet Centers and is convenient to both the action in Destin and Grand Boulevard Towne Center with incredible eateries, upscale shopping and a park with pop up fountains at its center.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton Countyā€™s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevardā€™s Town Center ā€“ the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great stay

The house was just as pictured fit great for our family. However the trickery with the wristbands that are obviously an attraction for children and the hidden notice if all 12 bands werenā€™t present at time of check out then we would be billed 50 a PIECE was not appreciated. Other than that the house, and location was as pictured. Destin is called the destination for a reason.

Very Nice house

Nice new house. Spacious downstairs. Nice backyard. Comfortable beds. Dealt with a few ants in the kitchen, but overall very clean. Having the golf cart was key to get to the beach and pool.

Cute and easy to get around

Cute house in gated community. Well kept however I felt the cleaning service could have done better wiping doors. There was foundation and mascara on bathroom door. Dryer does not dry well at all. But that could be overlooked because the rest of the rental was kept up well with really comfortable furniture.

Stay here! You won't regret it.

For starters, this home is beautiful and comfortable! Great neighborhood that is secluded and quiet, but not far from the beach and restaurants! Each room was big and all of the furniture was cozy. There was plenty of towels, bedding and cook wear. In my opinion, the pictures don't do justice to the house. I would highly recommend this home to host your family for vacation.

The property was perfect for our extended family. Plenty of cookware, dishes, and entertainment opportunities both at the property and in the community. The only issue was the heating element in the dryer did not work so clothes did not dry in the dryer.

Gorgeous house with thoughtful amenities

We had a group of 10, and everyone had their own bed/couch! Everything is well thought out here and we instantly felt at home. We cooked in the kitchen, used the golf cart and lawn games and otherwise made full use of the space. I wish we could have stayed longer. Everyone was very impressed, and we got a much higher value than if we had booked individual hotel rooms.

Great Experience

Everything was great, but in one of the bedrooms, there was hair all over the bed. It was also located in one of the showers. The cleaning crew should do a better job of checking for that. Overall the stay was great! There was plenty of space for our families. Would definitely rent this place again.

Great house with a great location

This property was a great place to make memories with my family. The house was in great shape. We had a problem with the gas grill, we called and they brought out a brand new one the next morning! They were prompt on any questions or concerns. The beach was beautiful for all ages. The neighborhood was quite which made sitting in the back yard relaxing great. I will definitely use this property again.

Great Stay

Very nice property. Quiet neighborhood. Stayed here with adults and children. Loved the backyard for the kids. Easy access to public beach. Would recommend the private beach access- public can get crowded. Easy to shopping- restaurants. Only issue was dryer- poor drying and would not shut off. Golf cart was a plus except issue with lights at night. Let the property manager know about the issues Iā€™m sure they will address them. I would recommend this property to all and will look forward to booking again.

property was good , no where in the discripion did they tell that if you a golf cart you better make sure you got to the beach before 10 if you wanted a spot to park.and i was promised by three different people that a remote for the kids bunk bed room would be sent over, a tv in a kids room that you couldnt turn on . that sad and to think on 3 differnt day 3 different people promised it was coming any minute

Beautiful Home Minor Adjustments Needed

The home was newer and very big. Plenty of space for our 6 guest. Located in a nice neighborhood. A two minute ride from the beach, 7-10 minutes from the Destin Commons. The beds in the bunk room could use replacing. Housekeeping could also do a better job with cleaning the property. The golf cart was a great bonus to ride to the beach and shops. It was difficult to get the key box open for the golf cart and the code was not on the instruction sheet. I would stay at the property again if the minor things mentioned were addressed.

Flaw in service but absolutely beautiful property

I never received my access code after multiple calls I still wasnā€™t able to contact anyone. By this time I am extremely upset because we arrived at the property and me and my family had to wait some hours before we finally connected to real joy and we was granted access. The property was gorgeous and very clean which made up for the communication issues.

Penelope Palms - nice place

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. House was clean and in nice shape. It was about the right amount of space for 10 (4 adults, 5 teens, and one 5yr old)...located on a cul-de-sac that was pretty quiet. Hollywood Drive beach entrance is a 10-15 ish min walk...golf cart was great for hauling the gear and younger kid...we mainly hung out at the beach near the Hollywood Drive private entrance...closest parking for the cart after dropping everyone off is near Pompano Joe's, which is a 10 min walk via the beach. Parking in the public lot can be a bit of a cluster...people please know you can fit two golf carts in one parking spot! Washer and Dryer seemed to maybe need a tune up? Freezer leaked a bit (defrost drain is plugged?). RealJoy property managers were very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Exactly like the photos - maybe better

Check in was super easy and it was a nice surprise to see a place that was as good or better than the photos. Lots of room and great amenities. The pool was not heated so we didn't use it (it was December). We did pay to use the golf cart and that was nice to just zip to the beach or around a little. We called maintenance once for a teeny tiny issue that wasn't urgent and they were on it so fast and so professional and followed up to make sure we were happy etc. I was so surprised. They also are great with texting so if you have any questions. you can just text and you will have an answer in like 5 minutes. All the beds were big and comfortable and the linens were good quality. The beach is super close (walkable) and there is a cafe at the end of the street (and a Dairy Queen \which was pleasing for the kiddos). The kitchen had all the utensils and small appliances. you would need (the only thing that might be helpful would be some form of tupperware type containers but thats only if you need to store something while you are there. You can tell the crew that maintains the building is on top of things. Greenest grass on the cul-de-sac. I would definitely stay here again.
