- Air-conditioned living room with sofa bed, television, WIFI, large four-element bay window overlooking the Marina.

- Linen provided (towels, sheets and dish towels)

Location and nearby towns: Anse Mitan and Pointe du Bout, which touch each other, are undoubtedly an excellent starting point to discover the many facets of Martinique.

The white sandy beach of Anse Mitan is one of the "idleness" attractions of the place.
