This is a spacious 800 sq. ft. lower level walk-out apartment. It is located on the shores of magnificent Lake Superior and is only steps from the beach. Beach umbrella and chairs, fire pit and wood, an outdoor bistro table, Weber grill with charcoal are all provided. The apartment has an efficiency kitchen and a private entrance with your personal key.


It features a large flat screen TV, premium channels, pool table, elliptical bike, bathroom w/electric sauna, and a kitchenette. There is a lovely private queen size bedroom featuring high quality ironed sheets.In addition, there is an electric fireplace and high-speed fiber optic wifi available for your use.

This property is located 15 minutes from Munising and the famous Pictured Rocks where you can enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, and picture taking. Grand Island has hiking trails, sea caves, and waterfalls. Both sites are famous for their brilliant colored sandstone cliffs. Munising Bay has a lovely harbor, restaurants, microbreweries, and free concerts in the park on Tuesday evenings.

The quaint city of Marquette is about 35 minutes away and is home to Northern Michigan University. Its locations in the harbor makes for a very picturesque setting. There you can find several breweries, restaurants, and shops. If golf is your passion, there are three courses nearby: Pictured Rocks Golf Course in Munising, Grey Walls in Marquette, and Sweetgrass in Escanaba.

If fishing is your thing, there are two charter boat companies in Shelter Bay about 2 miles west of the property which offer full and 1/2
day excursions. There is also a public boat launch less that a mile east of the apartment, so you're almost certain to come home with dinner.
