Villa ISMINI is 140 sq.m and expands on 3 levels. Its high ceilings, the exposed stone walls and the careful selection of furniture make this handsome hillside villa comfortable & relaxing. MAIN LEVEL: consists of a spacious living with fireplace, Satellite LCD TV, DVD/CD players, dining, fully equipped kitchen, all in an open plan area. Access to large, furnished veranda with breathtaking sea views. On the same floor, there is a double bedroom with its bathroom.UPPER LEVEL: internal comfortable staircase connects the Main with the Upper level and leads up to a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Access to side balcony with mountain-sea views. POOL LEVEL: external stairs connect the Main with the Pool Level which consists of a 40 sq.m guest room with two single beds,Satellite LCD TV, fully equipped kitchenette & bathroom. Access to large, fully furninshed, sheltered veranda @ pool terrace with sunbeds, umbrella and BBQ. Trees, bushes & flowers guarrantee relaxing moments & privacy

Feeling like in paradise

Everything regarding this house is 5-star. Everything, for example location, the rooms, the comfort, clean and cleaning, the pool, the view, the airco, furniture and equipment. It is located on the hill surrounded by some other villa's but located in extremely quiet environment. No traffic, really nothing disturbing the peace. Before the holidays we received information from the owner regarding the environment and suggestions for trips, restaurants etcetera, which really helped both in getting into the holiday mood but also have proven to be very good suggestions. A car is needed in order to get to stores and Stoupa. We were there with family of 5, with the kids aged 15-13-11 and we all fell in love. Not only with the house, but also Stoupa and surrounding villages (especially Kaldamilli). Ready to go back there again!!!!

Very poorly maintained

Villa Ismini is in a lovely location but for the price you pay (250 euros per night) you will find much better places to stay. The villa is very poorly maintained. During our stay (2 weeks), the AC wasn’t working. It seemed the owner was trying to get the cleaners to fix it initially (probably to save money) before she had to eventually get a proper engineer to solve the issue after a week! In 36C heat, this made it difficult to enjoy the villa. The cutlery and crockery were completely inadequate with a lack of basic utensils, there were no BBQ utensils & the veranda lights didn’t work around the pool. It seems the owners rely on the view from the villa to atttact guests but are not interested in ensuring the basic facilities are maintained. The owner is also disagreeable and unwilling to listen to any constructive criticism. I would avoid this place.

petit paradis !

La maison très bien entretenue et correctement équipée, elle est très fonctionnelle pour assurer l'indépendance de 2 couples. Le service entretien ménage, piscine très bien.Les extérieurs sont irréprochables et la vue imprenable, magnifique. Location et prestations en rapport avec le prix. La région et les villages alentour sont charmants, touristiques mais sans plus et la qualité de vie exceptionnelle. Séjour parfait, on en redemande....

A real treat! Spacious, amazing views and not far feom the sea

We really enjoyed our stay at villa Ismini. We are a family of 4 travelling with the grandparents as well. From the youngest to the oldest we all enjoyed our stay. Sofia’s (the owner) information pack was really handy for visiting the area but Stoupa itself has almost everything. Clean beaches with clear, clear water; loads of restaurants and several supermarkets and yet it is not overrun by tourists which was perfect for us. We will definitely want to come back.

Fantastic stay at Villa Ismini

We stayed at Villa Ismini for one week and had a fantastic time. The house is amazing, with three independent double rooms with each having its own bathroom as well as independent air conditioning, and the one on the swimming pool level even having its own small but fully functional kitchen. The main kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need to cook, including a large fridge and separate freezer. From the swimming pool, which is of good size and quite deep, you get a panoramic view of the bay which is hard to get tired of, especially at sunset time. The house is also literally 5 minutes drive away from Stoupa and the lovely Kalogria beach., and very close to the other beaches of the area. Sofia, the owner, sent us very detailed information in advance of our stay on where to go and eat, which was extremely useful. The three houses are close to each other which means that you can hear the neighbours quite distinctively, though we did not find this too disturbing (but they may have a different opinion).

Our guests can enjoy panoramic sea view from verandas and pool platform as well as amazing sunsets. It is a luxurious villa with spacious bedrooms, very well equipped, big kitchen, dining-living area, BBQ, Patio.
