Wailea Ekolu # 1206, is a spacious 1071 sq.ft., 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium that is newly remodeled throughout. This beautiful condo boasts high-end, designer furnishings, carpet, tile, a fabulous gourmet kitchen, and an open concept living area that is extremely light, airy and welcoming.

For your comfort, our home offers a 3 Zone, Split AC System, with individually remote controlled units in the main living area, and each bedroom, as well as ceiling fans, to allow for differences in the preferred temperature of each zone.

A Sonos Sound/TV entertainment system affords the capability to control your audio visual entertainment, room by room, to suit your needs. This high-end system lets you play your own music (speakers in each room) and watch Apple TV, including Netflix, and other streaming services. In the living room the TV drops from a ceiling enclosure and will swivel 360 degrees to allow viewing from the kitchen, living room or lanai. With a Sonos App on your smart device you can play your own music. WiFi access is included, for your convenience.

Our gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinetry, granite counter tops, and many small appliances to make dining-in a pleasure.

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a King bed, 48" TV, A/C, ceiling fan, lanai, an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and full size washer & dryer. Our Second Bedroom also has TV, A/C, ceiling fan, a King bed (that can be converted to 2 twin beds, on request) as well as another private lanai and bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

You will find Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as coolers and beach towels to make your trips to the beach even more relaxing and carefree.

We are also happy to offer our guests complimentary gym access at South Maui Fitness, as there is no fitness center on site at the Ekolu condo complex.
