Nestled within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, our charming Deck House sits right in Emsworth Yacht Harbour – the perfect coastal escape for relaxation or adventure.

The space
Ideally located for coastal walks, birdwatching, sailing, and kayaking, the house is also a great base for exploring the area. Enjoy days at the beaches of West Wittering or Hayling Island, wander through historic Chichester, visit picturesque Bosham, or head into the South Downs National Park. Goodwood – famous for its house, horse racing, and motor circuit – is just a short drive away.

The property offers two bedrooms and comfortably suits a couple or a small family. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom includes a bunk bed, ideal for children.

The house is self-contained, with an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area. There's a complimentary Netflix account for cosy evenings in, or you can relax on the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

For those who love the water, guests have access to four kayaks and a small rowing boat, perfect for exploring Chichester Harbour.

Emsworth itself is a charming coastal town, with a great selection of cafés and restaurants all within a 20-minute off-road walk. The marina also has its own popular eatery, ‘The Deck', right on the water.
