Overview
Villa Aris is located in Nissaki, Corfu. This detached vacation rental
property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 4 people
with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. There is a private pool (West Facing)
with barbecue and Sea views. Walking distance to the Beach and
Restaurants.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

I would give this five stars and above . The villa was immaculate everything you could need was there. The pool was cleaned every day. Amelia was a total gem we arrived late and found sandwiches and water in the fridge a bottle of wine on the table. It sounds to good to be true but I honestly couldna€™t fault it . Amelia made sure we had everything we needed and cleaned it and replaced towels more than expected Thank you so much and we hope to return next year if we can. We did need a car which wasna€™t recommended and immediately Amelia sorted this out for us. Thank you

Spotlessly clean and very well appointed villa with loads of kitchen utensils and appliances. Lovely shaded BBQ and sitting area beside the the swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful owner who furnished us with gifts of water melon, pastries and confectionary. Would be very happy to return to this villa.

Wonderful spot

The villa has the most amazing views from the balcony and the pool. The pool has a lovely spot for eating overlooking the sea and Albania. Stunning! The only downside is Corfu as a whole seems to attract wasps but that can’t be controlled!! There is a large hotel below the villa when their evenings entertainment can be heard but it doesn’t t last too long so not a real bother. All in all a fabulous stay and the hosts are lovely and extremely helpful and welcoming. Would definitely go back

Fantastic stay

We had a brilliant time at Villa Aris. It is spotlessly clean and very beautiful. The view is fantastic and the facilities are top notch. We particularly liked the outdoor barbecue area and the pool, which was kept very clean throughout our stay. It is difficult to see how this property could be improved- highly recommended!

The pool area was great and we spent most of our time there in the day, with the kids loving the pool as well as doing a bit of boat spotting. It was so easy to walk to the different beaches and to the bakery tavernas and supermarket. We do rent a hire car as we wanted to visit also other places in Corfu. In Kalami and Nisaki, there are several excellent restaurants and bars. Everywhere we went we were made to feel welcome and everyone was very helpful and polite. There is no better way to enjoy an evening meal than on the veranda of Villa Aris enjoying the incredible sunsets. We hope to return soon!

It was a magical place to stay, that offers a beautiful sea views. This villa had everything we needed for having a excellent holiday. Nissaki is very close by and has a supermarket, bakery, as well as coffee shops and tavernas. Many thanks to Agni Travel team and the family who own Villa Aris. Im happy to recommend this villa.

The Villa Aris was great, right what we expected. All in all a very nice and relaxing holiday. If you are looking for a quiet restful holiday in a private villa with perfect sea views then this is the place for you! It really was a great relaxed holiday in a nice quiet location, near to the beach. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing there during the whole day and waited the moment to see the most beautiful sunset views from there. The place is perfect for exploring the local area. Within only a 5-15 minute drive you are at Kalami, Nissaki, and Ypsos where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... We tried great Greek specialties (Souvlaki, Moussaka, Koulouri...)there. Most of our time we spend at Paralia Nisaki and Agni beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. All in all an excellent place and villa which we can highly recommend.

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with my family. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location near to almost everything: beach, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing in the day and evening by the pool. We will definitely miss the amazing sea views and gorgeous sunsets from the upper terrace/balconies where we mostly enjoyed our evening family gatherings. While there, we loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. The villa and Nissaki were perfect for my family. We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Nissaki, Kalami, Mparmpati, and Kassiopi are. We had our meals in most of the tavernas in Nissaki and Kalami, we would recommend you pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. Most of our time we spend at Paralia Nissaki and Agni beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Overall impressions...great villa, nice place and friendly people.We are definitely re-booking the villa again for the next year.

Really great villa (as always with Agni) and the location was quiet and close to the beach. Stunning views across the bay from the balcony. Villa Aris had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Just a few minutes walk/drive and you can reach almost everything: supermarkets, bakeries, as well as restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and tavernas. The people are soooo friendly in Nissaki. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-15 minute drive you are at Kalami, Mparmpati, and Ypsos where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... We tried great Greek specialties there. Overall nice holiday for us and we will be returning again.

The beaches with the blue sky water, where you would like to stay for a long time, the many attractions that tourists like to go to, have been part of our search for new experiences. We found Villa Aris to match all our wants and wishes and are glad that we booked it for our holiday. Villa Aris has two very cozy rooms, with great sea views from its balconies. Lovely to sit out and relax with a glass of wine. Almost everything is in the vicinity of walking distance...beach, restaurants, bars, but still in a calm neighborhood. Nice and friendly people in Nissaki. Corfu has become one of my favorite travel destinations and I know we will be back soon! Highly recommend this villa and company.

Thanks for beautiful sightseeing sessions, swimming in the bay with the azure blue crystal water and enough sand to build your dream castle. There are three restaurants and a bar and coffee shop within walking distance and we hired a boat for the day from the beach to explore the caves. We will be coming back to this stunning place soon.

We had an amazing 3 weeks at Villa Aris. The villa was spotlessly clean as was the pool area, and the sunbeds were the most comfortable weve ever tried. We didnt use the barbecue as it was just the 2 of us and at the end of a strenuous day on the sunbeds we couldnt be bothered to lug food, crockery and cutlery up and down the steps. We ate out at local tavernas mostly and can recommend Vitamins, Dimitris, Nicholas at Agni and the one at Kouloura bay. Paleokastritsa is worth a visit. Drive straight through to the large, free car park and hire 2 sunbeds & umbrella for 8 euros with 2 bottles of water thrown in. Arillas was another find when we were lost. Right by a sandy beach. Bag free sunbeds and umbrella at a place with a good swimming pool for the price of a couple of drinks or lunch. The holiday was made extra special by the kindness of Emilia, the owner. Nothing was too much trouble and we were given wine and olives and eggs from the garden, plus plates of food she had cooked. Delicious spanakopita and fried anchovies. We were thoroughly spoilt.

We had a wonderful time staying in Villa Aris. The villa was perfect with beautiful unspoilt views of the Mediterranean sea and the coast of Albania. The owners of the villa were fantastic, keeping the house and pool immaculate during our stay, and the gifts of fruit, ice cream and wine from Amelia were gratefully received. We would definitely recommend.

Overall we had a great holiday with luckily very nice weather. The property has an unbeatable view over the sea ranging from the Albanian coast to the town of Corfu and further. Amelia is a very friendly host and brought us some delicious Greek wine olive oil and snacks. Communication with Agni travel was fine.
