terrace.

The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There
is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is
a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Great place to relax and unwind!

We stayed at the villa for 5 nights before our sons wedding in Larnaca so needed a bit of peace and tranquillity. Quiet location - pool perfect for us and shaded lunches on the terrace. Close to Polis for supermarkets and trips along the coast for evening restaurants and drinks by the beach to watch the sun set.

Great villa!

The property was absolutely perfect. A short drive from town centre, (or a 30 min stroll). In a nice quiet locale, 15 min drive to Latsi. The villa had everything as advertised, plenty of space indoor and out & an endless supply of oranges.

Lovely villa

Conveniently situated in a rural location just outside Polis. The villa was great, the pool was great the views were great. The only downside was the noise of gunfire from hunters shooting birds in the hills every Sunday and Wednesday morning (which is obviously outside the control of the owners) .

A hidden gem

On arrival we were greeted with a lovely 2 bedroom villa with a beautiful private pool which was a great size The villa was furnished well with plenty of outside spaces for sitting and soaking up or staying out of the sun The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cater for yourselves The bed was quite firm but this is just a personal thing and definitely not a criticism all towels were supplied apart from pool towels but we new this anyway Overall a great clean tidy villa with plenty of privacy If I had one negative comment you could hear the road noise first thing in the morning but then quite I assume rush hour

We had a lovely holiday at the Villa Charoula Tria. Ita€™s a great location situated among orange trees. We were not overlooked by anyone and it felt very private. The pool to ourselves was great and it was what attracted us to it, that and the location. A two minute drive to Polis and the many bars and restaurants for a meal out treat. Close to a really good gym as well. The property is very spacious and has at least 3 terraced areas. A great place for a relaxing holiday.

Sehr schönes Haus, wundervoll gelegen, sauber und ordentlich. Die Küchenschränke und das Kochgeschirr sind schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und waren schon etwas muffig. Da könnte man mal was erneuern. Ansonsten alles top und absolut empfehlenswert.

Lovely relaxing stay

We had a lovely stay in this villa. We were looking for a nice relaxing holiday were we could just lounge by the pool in peace and this was the perfect place! Just a short distance from polis with shops and plenty of fantastic restaurants! Thanks for a great stay.

We enjoyed oud stay at this spacious and beautiful villa. Close to the city of Polis and the beaches but in a quiet surrounding. Set among the trees it gives privacy from the neighbours. Beautiful view on the valley and the hills from the terrace. We plan to come back.

Lovely holiday, and villa worked perfectly for our needs. The villa is a little dated and in need of some revitalising, however, we were happy as we just needed a place in the sun, which it was exactly that. The management team were a lovely couple who were very helpful and attentive. Thank you!

Lovely villa in a old town. full of excitement at the beach, visiting the national park and much more to experience. Being here for the very first time we loved it from the start. The house is well equipped to meet every ones needs . As a self catered villa we had no problem at all cooking our own dishes. for days when we wanted to hang around tavernas, meals and drinks were at our disposal. Loved the kindness of these people and the local cuisine.
