Hea-vin's Farm is located east of Loxley, Alabama in the agricultural community known as Rosinton. The 18 acres of farm land are home to several farm animals: 4 horses, 9 cows; 1 pig, , 20 peacocks, and numerous chickens. Nearby activities include: Horseback riding, Tanger Outlet Mall (approximately 19 miles away--about 26 minutes with traffic), Gulfshores Beach 27 miles away (about 45 minutes more or less depending on seasonal traffic), Hiking, Antique shopping, Golf, etc.

Perfect Farm experience

Great host and country setting

Loved chatting and getting suggestions from Heather and Kevin. They were so kind. Also, enjoyed that the kids had room to play and create outside.

Wonderful spot and hosts

Clean. Relaxing. Family friendly. We had a wonderful time. Heather is fantastic! The only negative is that there was no Wi-Fi and the beds are a tad loud. Overall, we would definitely visit again.

Wonderful place to stay

A wonderful place Heather and her husband are the most helpful people. They was very very helpful. The house was very nice and clean. The farm was very clean and kept. Love. The beautiful peacocks. I will be back and stay again. Just hope I can stay longer.

Amazing getaway!

Our family of 4 had an amazing time visiting Hea-ven’s Farm. We all loved the location and the animals made it that much better. My favorite thing to do was get up early and drink my coffee while feeding the chickens and peacocks. It was so quiet and peaceful. The owners and Trevor (the farm hand) were especially kind and accommodating. They showed us all around the farm, let us feed the animals, recommended things to do in the area, shared stories of their lives and their animal’s lives. We could tell the moment we arrived that the animals on this farm were happy and well cared for. You will not regret renting this gem. The home is clean, fully stocked and even had food for us to get our vacation started. We’d love to go back! The kids loved being around the animals and we loved seeing them off devices and living life outdoors!

Keven and Heather are amazing. If you are looking for a farm setting and a relaxing place to watch the sun rise, then this is your place. Fin the pig welcomed us when we arrived. He’s friendly and he loves cucumbers. Heather had the refrigerator stocked with necessities so you don’t need to go to the store right away. She also has all the bath supplies you’ll need along with OTC medications. Heather and Kevin tended to everything we needed and when I text her about the alarm, she responded immediately. It’s a very cute ranch style house and all the farm animals are a bonus. The peacocks greeted us every morning for breakfast. Thank you Heather and Kevin for making our stay special. This is our second time staying here and we’ll be back.

Owners was super friendly and helpful. Place was just as pictured.

We arrived later than expected and Heather had the lights on for us and told me to call if I had any problems finding the house. The next morning we woke up and it was absolutely beautiful, we were greeted by peacocks on the back deck!!! That afternoon we met Heather and she introduced us to all the animals. Our kids absolutely loved it!!! We will definitely stay here any time we are in the area again.

It's a beautiful property, Conveniently Located

It's a beautiful property, the kids loved the animals. The property is conveniently located to all the great activities of the southern Gulf, Mobile, and Pensacola. We took a day trip to New Orleans as well. It's a great location for all the attractions found in Baldwin County.

Heather and Kevin were super nice and very accommodating. Especially when my grandbabies wanted to spend time with the animals. Everything was better than expected! I highly recommend this as a great place to stay for any occasion!

Relaxing!

Perfect getaway! I live in the country and love the peace and quiet. Hea-vin’s farm is the perfect solution for going to the beach and still getting the quiet I need. Very close to shopping, beaches and restaurants. You can stay at the farm and never get bored. The animals are wonderful and a little spoiled. There is no internet here, but you won’t need it. Just step outside and visit with the animals, free entertainment. We will definitely be back again. Heather and Kevin are great hosts and it was a pleasure meeting them.

The owners were awesome. The home was perfect … we will stay again. The children loved feeding the animals and the atmosphere was superb. I can’t say enough of how nice the place is and how welcoming the owners are. Loved it.

Amazing farm life close to the beach

This little farmhouse was a dream! Loved it so much. Perfect little mix of country life with beach close. The hosts were great and they even arranged horseback riding for my teens. We’d for sure stay again

Country living getaway

From the beginning of our booking to the very end, Heather and Kevin were fabulous. Their house is so cozy and quaint. You want for nothing but they are willing to get you anything you need. It was so much fun being greeted by the peacocks every morning at the back door. We fed the horses and went in search of the little pot belly pig (we found him). It’s so quiet and peaceful. They had goodies, water and drinks in the frig and candy sitting out waiting on us. They had everything you needed for the kitchen and all the toiletries for the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and plenty of blankets available. Also plenty of extra sheets and towels are available. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!

Amazing Stay!

A big thanks for Heather and Kevin's hospitality! What started out being the only place we could find close by our family for the Holidays, ended up being such a gift and special time for our family. Their kindness and generosity made our trip that much better. The farm is quiet, serene, and showcases the “Big Sky” ( the stars on the back deck are divine on a clear night). The horses were delightful, I think my grandchildren may have loved the horses more than their Christmas presents! Lol...really thank you so much on Behalf of all of us

Hea-vin Farms

Kevin and Heather were great. They had the fridge stocked for us with water, muffins, eggs, and biscuits. Every morning we fed the chickens and peacocks. We will definitely be back to stay.
